2 Greetings from the Moderator Dr. Stephen C. Nash August 2017 Salutations to the Association Welcome to our 2017 Session in the name of Jesus Christ! God has once again afforded us the privilege to gather for the 142nd Session of the parent body of the Northwestern District Baptist Association. We are excited about the glorious plans and events God has in store for this session. It is our prayer that each pastor, church and district officer will work with the same exciting expectancy to make this event a glorious Kingdom Building session for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As moderator of the Northwestern Baptist District Association and pastor of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, I welcome each of you. It is with great prayer and anticipation that our church family awaits to serve as the host ministry to meet the needs of the District s 142 nd Annual Session. Give it your full support and participation, please. The Parent Body and Auxiliaries will meet from 6:00pm 7:00pm each day. Also, every pastor and auxiliary officer is asked to be present on their designated night. As always, thank God for what he s about to do in and through this Annual District Session and for your continued support over the last year.
