1 Congregational Announcements ** We extend a warm welcome to Pastor Sara Gillespie who will be with us to lead worship today. ** Trunk Or Treat is today! The event will start at 2:00 with games, goodies, and a piñata! ** Ruth Circle will be hosted by Cassie Krueger and Billie Kenitzer with Jane Svennevig leading the Bible Study on Monday, October 24 at 1:00. ** 1st Communion Instruction Interested families will meet at 7:00 pm on October 24. ** St. Paul Stitchers will gather to quilt on Tuesday, October 25 at 9:00 am. ** Worship and Music Ministry will meet on Tuesday, October 25 at 7:00 pm. ** OWLS will share lunch and a program on the new voting laws on Thursday, October 27 at 12:00 noon. ** Confirmation Sunday is October 30. ** Rainbow Station Trunk or Treating will be on Monday, October 31st. ** Parish Ed will meet together on Tuesday, November 1st, at 6:30 pm. ** Sarah Circle will meet at 9:00 am on Wednesday, November 2nd. ** Basket Guild will work on baskets on Thursday, November 3rd at 6 8:30 pm. ** All Saints Sunday is Sunday, November 6. ** Church Council will meet on Tuesday, November 8, at 7:00. St. Paul Soup Lunch is held each Wednesday. Volunteers arrive at 9:00, soup is served from 12-1, and then the clean up. Soup lunch numbers have increased steadily over the summer. With the increase in poverty in our community, more and more families are struggling to put food on the table. Thank you for your generous support of this very important St. Paul Ministry! October 19 saw 89 guests and 17 volunteers, for a total of 106 people served. Believers Club Request Just In Time For Fall Cleanup Believers Club is in need of 30 4 x 2 wooden disks cut from a tree limb. Or, a 4 diameter limb that can be cut. This heartwarming tale will examine how we choose what is important in life and how our choices impact others.

St. Paul OWLS Thursday, October 27 12:00 The program will be presented by Alice Lamont from the Beloit League of Women Voters en tled What s New At The Polls: Voter ID and How It May Affect You. Our neighboring congregation is beginning to plan a Sunday School for their students. Organizers are looking for adults to teach a class using the English language. Plans are in hope that many people from all of the supporting Churches will volunteer, so that the commitment will be once per month. Class time is currently set from 9:30am til 10:15am.
