Programme of the open lecture given by I. Zangwill ( ), a British-Jewish author, humorist and the founder of the Jewish Territorialist Organization, on the writings of Max Nordau ( ). He was a prolific writer who turned to Zionism after the Dreyfus Affair and co-founded the World Zionist Organization together with Theodor Herzl. He is also known as the author of the idea of 'Muscular Judaism' and as a proponent of sport as a vital part of Jewish culture. He died on January 3rd, Presumably this was an appreciation of his life shortly after his death.
