1 Yiddish Written examination The following sample examination has been developed for the newly accredited VCE Yiddish study. The sample examination is a complete examination which includes the three sections: 1. Listening and responding, 2. Reading and responding and 3. Writing in Yiddish, as outlined in the Yiddish VCE Study Design. This sample examination provides examples of texts and questions at the level expected of students studying Units 3 and 4 in Yiddish. It should be noted that this sample examination is accompanied by the transcripts for Section 1: Listening and responding, and not by an audio recording.
