1 אוניברסיטת בר-אילן המחלקה לקרימינולוגיה פשיעה, חוק ומדינה תשס"ה ד"ר אלינה קורן שאלות, בירורים ותיאום שעת קבלה ב- kornal@mail.biu.ac.il מטרת הסמינר: המטרה היא לדון בקשרים הבעייתיים שבין "פשיעה" ו"פוליטיקה". למרות שבדרך כלל שני התחומים נחקרים בנפרד, יש ביניהם נקודות מפגש וחפיפה. הסמינר יבחן את הקשרים האלה בכמה תחומים עיקריים: (i) פשיעה כנושא פוליטי: איך שאלת הפשיעה נכנסת לשיח הציבורי והפוליטי ומעצבת אותו (ii) טשטוש הגבולות בין 'הפלילי' ו'הפוליטי': מהו פשע פוליטי? מתי משפט הוא פוליטי? מתי אסיר הוא אסיר פוליטי? (iii) הפוליטיקה של החוק ושל מערכת אכיפת החוק: דיון במקורות ההיסטוריים של החוק הפלילי, בתפקיד שמילא ביצירת פשיעה (קרימינליזציה), ובדרכים השונות שבהן שיקולים פוליטיים משפיעים על המדיניות ועל ההחלטות של מערכת אכיפת החוק (iv) פשיעה של בעלי הכוח: דיון בניסיונות להגדיר את המושג "פשיעה של המדינה" ולקשור אותו עם הפרות של זכויות אדם. דרישות הקורס: נוכחות בשיעורים, קריאה והגשת עבודה בסוף הסמינר. לקראת סוף השנה, יידרשו הסטודנטים להציג רפרט קצר על נושא עבודתם. הנחיות מפורטות לגבי הצגת הרפרטים וכתיבת העבודה יימסרו בהמשך. ביבליוגרפיה: הרשימה הביבליוגרפית שלהלן כוללת פריטים בסיסיים. כל סטודנט ירחיב ו/או ימקד את הקריאה בהתאם לתחומי התעניינותו ולנושא עבודתו. גיבוש הנושא ובחירת ביבליוגרפיה מתאימה תיעשה בתיאום איתי. 1. מבוא כללי לנושאי הקורס Cohen, S.
