2 תאור כללי של הקורס: הקורס יעסוק בתיאוריות ודילמות מודרניות של המערכת כלכלית הבינלאומית בעידן הגלובליזציה. בין היתר, נדון בעקרונות היסוד של דיני הסחר הבינלאומי, דיני השקעות בינלאומיים וכללים בעניין הגנת קניין רוחני. בנוסף, נדון גם בקריאות התגר נגד העמקת האינטגרציה הכלכלית בזירה הבינלאומי, התפשטות גושי סחר אזוריים (כגון האיחוד האירופי) ואזורי סחר דו צדדיים (כגון הסכם אזור הסחר החופשי בין ישראל לאיחוד האירופי), יחסי הגומלין בין כללי המשפט הבינלאומי הכלכלי לבין תחומים מרכזיים אחרים במשפט הבינלאומי הפומבי (כגון הגנת הסביבה), סחר במוצרים חקלאיים, והמדינות המתפתחות במערכת הבינלאומית. מטרות הקורס: התלמידים ירכשו ידע על מערכת הסחר הבינ"ל וכלי ניתוח לגבי אתגרים במערכת כיום. תוצרי למידה בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים: הסטודנטים יירכשו ידע לגבי עקרונות משפטיים של מערכת הסחר הבינלאומית. עוד יגבשו הסטודנטים הבנה של הגישות התיאורטיות העיקריות במשפט הבינלאומי הכלכלי. דרישות נוכחות (%): 90 שיטת ההוראה בקורס:הוראה ודיון רשימת נושאים / תכנית הלימודים בקורס: 1.. תיאוריות סחר בינלאומי 1.
