When Rasulullah, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, lost his son Al-Qasim, the enemies of Islam said, Muhammad now has no son. He is cut off forever. Who will care to remember him after he is dead? Al-Kawthar has several meanings; a special river in Paradise and plenty of good things. The reward for a believer is both in this world and in the Hereafter.

2 2. THE SIX PRECONDITIONS (SHURUUT) FOR THE PRAYER Imagine you have a meeting with an important person. For example, you are going to meet your favorite athlete, celebrity, or you go out with your friends; would you prepare yourself in terms of special clothing and way of behaving? When we pray, we stand in front of and talk to The Almighty Allah. In preparation for the prayer, before get started, we are supposed to meet these six preconditions: HEALTHY HABIT: 1. to have clean body, clothes, and place where prayer is to be performed 2. perform Wudu (ablution or abdest) and if needed, perform Ghusul or Tayammum 3. be appropriately dressed 4. perform prayer on time 5. face towards Qiblah (Ka aba in Mecca) 6. make intention (Niyyat) for a specific prayer WORD BOX CLEANLINESS 1. 3 3. ILMIHAL - HALAL AND HARAM Islam is a natural, balanced and complete way of life designed by Allah and taught by Prophet Muhammad for mankind. Allah, The Creator, only knows everything and what is the best for us. Therefore, whatever Allah has made Halal (permissible), it is good for us, and whatever Allah has made Haram (prohibited), it is bad for us.
