Cost is $10 per person for all you can eat eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, grits, hash browns, fruit, biscuits, juice & coffee Tickets are now available in the Church office Help spread the word about the breakfast by inviting your friends, co-workers, and neighbors! Seminar on Teen Dating Violence and Prevention Thursday, May 12, 1:00-4:00 pm at the Union County AG Center Cost is $10 per person Speaker: Melissa Siegel Barrios Purpose is to teach parents how to talk to their teens, the warning signs and ways to help The seminar is being sponsored by Turning Point of Union County Registration forms are in the church office...deadline is May 5 Christian Women s Job Corps Plant & Bake Sale Friday, April 29 - noon-6:00 pm Saturday, April 30-8:00 am-noon Iron Horse Motorcycles on Roosevelt Blvd. The UBA is asking churches to help supply baked goods for the sale, which can be taken to the UBA Resource Center by 10:00 a.m. on the 29th The Christian Women s Job Corps is a mission which provides a Christian context in which women in need are equipped for life and employment a mission of women helping women - for more information, contact Pat Haigler at or Faith in Fiction Book Club Meets Monday, May 9 7:00 pm, Church Parlor All The Light We Cannot See will be reviewed

4 Bible Fellowship Survey Feedback Thank you to those who completed the Bible Fellowship survey on March 20. Your responses have already proven to be helpful in planning for the summer and fall. Watch for additional opportunities for Bible study to be announced later. The Board of Christian Education selected the following three definitions of Bible Fellowship as being representative of the many good responses to the survey. A place of safety and love where we learn Bible truths and how (and how difficult) to apply these truths to our lives. A time to study the Bible more in depth, to ask questions and to share time with fellow believers. People getting together to study and discuss what the Bible has to say to us; relate it to our lives and to today s issues. Group Bible study is a very important component in our Christian discipleship. Please pray, participate, and work for healthy growth of our Bible Fellowship program.
