2 When the group of 'pilgrims' began their journey away from Palestine to protect what is precious from Roman law, they would likely have taken the most-direct route away from Rome that was open to them.

3 They may have travelled perhaps in the direction of Persia, and over the years to Afghanistan, and ultimately to India and China. Historic records indicate that Jesus might have grown up in these areas, for possibly up to 30 years. Also, the rumours of a Son of God having been born would most likely have preceded the groups of nine wherever they went, or those who were left of the original academy. Jesus' attributed divine status would likely have opened many doors for him and his circle and given them access to monasteries, temples, and the greatest teachers and gurus in the field.

4 Jesus, and others of his circle would likely have become students, and later peers with the masters, who in turn would likely have been invited to participate in Mother's academy that would have continued on in some form wherever they came to. Thus, Jesus may have seen and experienced things in those 30 years that few westerners before him had, and possibly never would.

5 Eventually, however, Jesus may have been counselled by his teachers, peers, and benefactors that he must go back to Palestine and spread the great wisdom that he had learned, which, if it would be understood, would overturn the empire of Rome and spare humanity a great tragedy. India needed this type of victory, as an example it could follow, in order to free itself from the dark-age terror of the Vedas that have been imposed on society with the Brahmin invasion. The invaders composed the Vedas. They did this in an effort to enable their small group to subdue the giant space of India. Thus, the Vedas dished up female infanticide, bride burning, widow burning, even wife burning and witch hunts, and whatever else destroys a society culturally from within. The spiritually minded leaders may have felt, that if Rome could fall, the liberating example could be repeated in India.

6 Jesus may have protested that the task is too great for any man, to face Rome and take it down, suggesting that he would be arrested and crucified in short order. "Rome is empire, and empire is treason against God. Why would I want to dwell in this environment in which no one can safely live.

7 The Wiseman of the East may have answered him, "Have you learned nothing in all those years that you were with us? What is an empire compared to you? Does the crucifixion defeat a man, or has a man the power to defeat the crucifixion? We have inspired you. We have all worked together to develop this power in you. If you stand in opposition to the Roman treason against God, and unmask its emptiness, you stand with God for something that is real. You stand as one with God if you do this, and you stand safely on this ground." Eventually Jesus may have agreed that changing the world for the better in oneness with God is worth the effort and whatever price would have to be paid in the process. On this note Jesus likely returned to Palestine in spite of the danger that this would pose. And as expected, he was likely arrested within a few years, nailed to the cross, and as his teachers might have foretold him, he would have walked away from the cross alive. The Gospel of John suggest that he did. It may be our closest link to what had happened. It stands in contrast with the other gospels. It says nothing about the mythical virgin birth, inseminated by God directly. It is also free of the

8 astrological inference that links the birth of Jesus with astrological mysticism. With the gospels having been composed centuries after the fact, the birth date of Jesus was evidently easily 'adjusted' retroactively to coincide with known astrophysical events that were deemed important in astrology, and still are. When Jesus returned to his homeland, he couldn't have foreseen that his name would be used centuries later to justify astrology, and with it give Rome a God symbol, that by having killed the man, proves the terrifying power of Rome, to be a power greater than God. All gospels except the Gospel of John play into this game. John's gospel seems to suggest that the crucifixion was a carefully managed exit for Jesus from a situation that offered little hope for further progress in the immediate period ahead. John's gospel also omits the transfiguration of Jesus in which, as the Gospels of Mark and Luke proclaim, his physical body became divine Spirit, so that the body of Jesus could never be found. From a physical standpoint this type of exit transfiguration doesn't make much sense, but it may have been seen symbolically in the spiritual context of a work that was brought to completion, like to say, the job is done, what can be achieved in this age has been achieved, let's move on. Some people even suggest that the crucifixion never took place, that Jesus simply escaped before

9 it could happen, so that the entire episode as it is reported was essentially a coverup story required for numerous types of political objectives. It is not unreasonable to assume that the masters of Rome were as clever in producing cover-up stories than modern masters of empire are. Evidence suggests that the man Jesus had returned to India and lived there for 80 or more years. A shrine has been built in his name in Kashmir that still stands and is open for visitors. The critical question that one needs to ask is what the natural outcome of a grand career like that Christ Jesus would be in the context of divine Love being expressed, in which ones being one with God unfolds. "Principle and its idea is one," writes Mary Baker Eddy. What would be the natural expression of this reality? Does divine Love require martyrs for psychological objectives? Hardly. Those are games that little minds play. Would it be natural for God to allow Jesus to be killed so that he could demonstrate to humanity that He has the power to achieve a type of rescue that no human being would be able to duplicate? Hardly. If this was the case it would isolate God from

10 humanity into a mythical sphere, rather than closing the gap. This may have been the intention behind the story as told. Indeed, if Jesus was appointed the role of a martyr to become subsequently rescued by divine intervention, this single act would all by itself discredit Jesus' entire healing work as the outcome of unnatural divine interventions, instead of as the natural result of a scientific person's understanding of the truth. The consequence would be that Christ healing would rapidly diminish, which it did. This too, may have been intentional. The exemplification of the Christ by Jesus, served to illustrate the nature of universal humanity - its being one with God, one with divine Love. This was his appointed mission. All his healing work had reflected that mission. Why would he have stepped away from that, and accepted a gory exit-extravaganza that made a joke of the demonstrated universal oneness of God and man? The crucifixion of Jesus was not needed to illustrate the spiritual man's inherent mastery over the grave. This proof had been delivered several times before. Nothing

11 more along this line was needed. The cross was needed by the thieves for their objective to make the human society look small in its own sight. The cross was imposed in this context for humanity to bear. Its spiritual challenge therefore is to lay it aside. However, if one looks higher and farther, the cross may be seen in the context of divine Love were it may be designed to play a critical role in future ages, as an example of the greatest challenge in human history being overcome with the greatest victory of all times. In this context Christ Jesus may have consented to play his part. He may have discussed the possibility when the academy met for supper. He may have suggested that he should allow the circumcised Jews and the Romans to have their day of mindless rage, and crucify him. He may have explained that for a man of his stature, who has 30 years of experience of healing the reflection of divine Spirit in spiritual corporeality, which all corporeality is, his stepping past the Roman cross shouldn't pose an insurmountable challenge.

12 He may have said to them, "I stand before you with outspread arms embracing you, and embracing all humanity. This is my cross and ever will be, the divine Cross, the embrace of universal divine Love. This is the cross I love, the cross I kneel before, the cross I kiss that heralds a brighter world. My body is the body of Spirit manifest spiritually as divine corporeality. Farther you cannot go. Higher you cannot look. With our hands we build worlds upon worlds. Let Rome drive their dirty spikes through them in mockery. Rome cannot touch the Spirit of God that is manifest in beautiful, creative, spiritual reflections as divine ideas coming to light, nourished by divine Love. My counsel to you is, to extend your arms wide, embracing one another as children of light - rich, beautiful, strong, powerful, intelligent, perfect, complete, and free; the grandest of creation - and bow to this light that is the heart and soul of every human being. In doing this you bow to God. The cross of Rome is not the cross of God. It is a mockery of God that Rome has planted on the way of Love to block the flow of love with countless notions finity, impotence, and limitations. The cross of Rome is the mortal cross that symbolizes material existence, the dream of Rome that too, is a mockery of God, Spirit, since there exists no such thing as matter in the universe. The universe is a construct of

13 principles and energy, intelligently organized into harmonizing formations, from a grain of sand to a human being. If you bow to the Roman mockery of God, you submit yourself to the most devastating circumcision you could ever impose on yourself. You loose everything. You lose yourself, and you lose your world. Instead, bow to divine Spirit and divine Principle embracing the whole world with outstretched arms. On this path you become a force for good that no empire in the world can withstand, or disease, hate, want, and woe. With outstretched arms embracing the universe you become invincible, and you will learn to know yourselves as sons of God. "Let them peel away everything that is not critical in the universe of spiritual being, and nail me onto the cross, " he may have added. "If the logistics can be arranged by which this criterion is met, I will walk away from this treachery unharmed, to demonstrate to the world and to future ages that Rome, in whatever disguise its Mind-less mentality asserts itself, has no power. In the infinite embrace of the outstretched arms that form the human cross of God, war is impossible, looting cannot occur, empire cannot be implemented, fascism is unthinkable, poverty cannot occur. With the human cross of God we can usher in the Golden Age of Humanity. This is the embrace of God that has been the light of humanity throughout all ages, and is the light now, and will be so forever.

14 "This means, folks, we can do this, because in essence, this has already been done before us, because God is the same today as forever. Future ages may need our example of this recognition, which we have the power today, to provide cast in stone, so to speak. "When the time comes, as it may come in future ages, when the hearts of humanity have become exceedingly small on the path on which the entire population of the world finds itself circumcised in numerous ways, or at least a large portion of it, when civilization the stands gravely at risk, so that the whole of humanity may become extinct as a consequence, then, in those days, my victory, which is our victory in our time, over the ultimate circumcision, may stand to humanity as an inspiration in those future dark days when little light is seen anywhere. "This means, folks, that divine Love demands us to do this today, and to do this here where we have the capability for it developed, and to do this with outstretched arms, towards them in distant ages, in which the light may have gone out and their spirit has gone to sleep. "Can the required logistics be arranged, for us to do this?" John would likely have protested against this 'impossible' plan, as even he would have called it, but he would have answered affirmatively, suggesting that the logistics could be arranged, if this is what Jesus had committed himself to do.

15 John may have had friends among the centurions, who were no friends of the Jews. He may have had also friends among the Jews, who hated the Romans more than they hated Jesus. John may have suggested to Jesus that the crucifixion could be managed to become a brief and snappy affair, with a place prepared for the healing afterwards. He may have added that the persecution that they were already facing increasingly, was not really Roman in nature, or Jewish in nature, nor anything specific, but was nothing more than small-minded thinking, a kind of Mind-less insanity that was increasingly being acted out. "In a Mind-less society, intelligence is the majority and the real power," he may have said. He may have pointed out that a few Roman centurions that he knew, where not eager to see Rome playing a part in such games in which Rome would make a fool of itself, who would love to see the planned game fail. John might also have added that probably more than just a few of the Pharisees were leaning in the same direction, secretly, from their own perspectives.

16 Jesus may have said in the end, "let's do this. Let's do this for the future generations that may be crying out in darkness, crying for some light. "So, get your noses off the table, and stop moaning. Stir your stumps! Extend your arms! Get ready for the greatest task in the history of humanity! This is no time for sleeping! You need to be all actively involved." He may have also pointed out that the price for doing the great act of love that is required, would be that he would have to leave Palestine afterwards, in order that nobody involved would ever be endangered by Rome, for their part in aiding the victory process over Rome to succeed.

17 Jesus may have also suggested that there should be a real victory celebration afterwards on the far side of the shores of the Sea of Galilee, a bright morning celebration in acknowledgement of a mission well done. From there, he would move on, to wherever the Spirit would guide him, with the possible next step in line, being India. "In doing what we need to do," he may have said to the disciples, "we lay the Roman cross of the small-minded circumcision aside for the whole of humanity, by acknowledging to the highest degree possible, humanity's being one with God, with divine Love in which all human needs are met. "

18 Did he know that morning, at the shore of the Sea of Galilee, what nobody could have known at the time, apart from him by inspiration, the dark secret of our modern world, a secret that nobody really wants to know, of the greatest challenge that humanity will yet have to face, the greatest challenge in its entire history, the challenge of the coming Ice Age that may begin in 30 years time, in which the Sun goes dim, a challenge that humanity can meet with ease if it gets its act together and extends its arms, encircling the world, embracing one another as one grand humanity, the sons of God.

19 Whatever the case may have been, for the ending of Jesus' career in Palestine, the world did change to some degree in the years following. Great and amazing monuments were built in the years thereafter that bear witness to a slow new beginning for a liberated humanity. Many great temples were built in India and nearby areas, where Jesus may have worked after his exit from Palestine. In the brief span of time that Jesus had lived and worked in Palestine, before his arrest, if indeed the arrest ever occurred, Jesus did place the mark of a divine humanity onto the world in numerous ways, which has not been erased by time.

20 The spirit of his teachings, wrapped in many stories, has lived on in spite of the long years of persecutions that followed. Some aspects of his history, and of his works and messages, were overlaid with an unknown amounts of Roman fictions that served the objectives of empire - fictions that have blackened the world and forged the dark ages. Nevertheless, Christ Jesus' teachings have lived on by the power of the great truths that he taught, some of which have evidently survived the darkness of Rome and its inquisition, its tortures and its burning people alive that have continued for more than a dozen centuries. What has survived instead, in spite of it all the horrors that were inflicted, has developed a new spirit and power in the world, though much remains yet to be done along this line of light.

21 While no authentic historic scripts exist that corroborate the canonical stories, some very ancient books have been found near Nag Hammadi, in Egypt, in December 1945, that shed a new light onto Jesus teachings from so long ago. In these extremely old books, in a group of books known as the Nag Hammadi library, we find among the collection of fifty-two writings, a number of gospels that were written, attributed to Jesus' disciple, Philip. Among the books in the library is the Gospel of Thomas that consists of a collection of 114 sayings attributed to Christ Jesus. Some of those sayings correspond with texts in the canonical gospels, though most do not, with some that make no sense at all at first glance. However, scholars have discovered that when the sayings are seen against the background of Hinduism and Buddhism, what appears to make no sense at first, comes to light with profound meanings, which proves to some degree that this background in Jesus' history was likely real. The virgin birth and crucifixion are not mentioned in the Gospel of Thomas or in other places in scriptures outside the canonical gospels. All-in-all the Nag Hammadi library presents a Gnostic viewpoint. This is evident in the Republic by Plato that is included in the library - The original text by Plato is not

22 gnostic in nature, but the Nag Hammadi version is heavily modified with gnostic concepts. The problem with conveyed spiritual texts from distant ages is that they more likely convey the writer's perception, which in turn is offset again by the reader's cultural background against which it is interpreted, and also by ideological preconceptions. Nevertheless, researchers who have explored the early religious thinking suggests that the real Christianity that Christ Jesus brought into being, stands far from the Roman canonical texts that were composed centuries after the fact when the leading-edge spiritual thinking had already largely faded into obscurity. Much of what we have left today in the gospels and read in the modern context was probably conveyed by word of mouth, whispered in secret, and had been kept alive precariously through the centuries of persecution until the gospels were composed. And even then, the gospel stories had editorial fiction superimposed for political purposes, rather than spiritual purposes.

23 This means that the scholars who seek their truth outside the sphere of the gospels that have been severely circumcised, may not be far off the mark when they regard the root of Christianity as the enlightened product of a very human person who had brought the best of Buddhism, Hinduism, Hebrew history, and ancient religions into the 'European' world. He had brought so much that a lot of what he said was probably only vaguely understood in his time. Thus Christ Jesus' background was likely rooted in ancient wisdom that he uplifted far beyond it in a scientific manner, which he has then progressively put to the test openly with demonstrated power that gives substance to his discoveries coming to light in the context of amazing accomplishments of healing. The three pillars that Christ Jesus had built on in all that he did were evidently the pillar of historic spiritual experiences and insights, which he combined with the pillar of scientific reasoning that was the acme of his time with a long history for its unfolding from Greece and Egypt, which he drew together in the form of his third pillar, the demonstration and exemplification of what he understood, in processes of healing.

24 In this context Jesus may have taken the spiritual jewels of the ancient ideologies and drew them them together as no man ever had in the context of scientific exploration in the search for a truth that he could accept and verify with practical applications. The result that came out of that had been grand Jewels. He put all of these jewels together into a practical framework that enabled him to prove what he taught. It is highly unlikely that even his disciples understood fully what he taught. Most likely every culture in which he had worked had gained thereby.

25 He would have had an elevating impact on the development of Buddhism and Hinduism thereby, and so on, as he rejected what he couldn't accept, and embraced with them together what he regarded to be profound wisdom. Christ Jesus was no doubt a rebel too, in many ways, in his own right - a rebel for the freedom of the mind. Thus he became revered by many who knew him as an 'exceedingly' extraordinary man which a keen scientific mind, an exemplar for humanity's spiritual nature and status, who by his wisdom had enabled many to become like-minded to some degree, who thereby began to demonstrate what inherently every human being is capable of.

26 He may have said to everyone who would listen: you can become one with the Mind of the Universe, the Mind that is God; the Spirit that is All. He may have said to the people, "You can become one with the Spirit of the Universe, because you already are so in truth. "And you can become one with the Love that defines the Universe or God, because you are already a part of all that is good." If he had said these things, his saying would have been in accord with the kind of thinking that scholars attribute to the earliest known cultures from more than 10,000 years in the past, like the Toltec that existed long before the segregated ideologies of later times developed.

27 Of course, from the standpoint of conventional wisdom a great stretch of credibility is demanded to assume that Jesus would have been able to survive the crucifixion, and that he did so.

28 Some claim that he has survived the ordeal, and had returned to India, where he lived to the age of 120. However, here too, in the light of other great tales that are told of accomplished yogi, Jesus surviving the cross may not have been an impossible feat. He may have been able to make himself appear dead before he really was, and may have been hastily removed from the cross and revived by spiritual and other appropriate means. If a yogi can travel across the Himalayas in winter, barefoot, which some researchers say is possible and has been done, then Jesus' surviving the cross may well have been within the range of human capabilities. An example of great spiritual feats in Hinduism may be found in the celebrated achievements of one of the spiritual masters in India. His tale stands out and may reflect to some degree the spiritual journey of Jesus too. The historic tale is about a renowned Hindu yogi, Nilkanth, who set out as a young boy on a spiritual quest that became a journey of 12,000 km, which he travelled barefoot across India in the 18th Century. He is sad to have also crossed parts of the

29 Himalayas, barefoot in winter. Some of the tales may be fiction. The man, however was real. He became known as Swaminarayan. (See: "Mystic India" trailer of the IMAX movie about the boy Nilkanth.) The point that I am getting back to again, is that the fiction of the Son of God, or God incarnate walking the Earth in person, renders humanity small and impotent in its own sight. This universally belittling mind-game is a typical imperial game that the Romans had likely mastered well, and all the masters of empire since.

30 In comparison, the evident truth that Jesus was a human person, born by a sexual process in a spirit of freedom, by a person standing up for the principle of universal love, who thereby became a genius in his own right with a keen scientific mind, someone who raised the status of humanity to great heights of achievement, by his example. If Jesus had been God incarnate in the flesh, or any of that, there would have been no need for him fleeing Palestine. Instead he was a human being like everybody else, though one with a keen mind, discovering the Mind of God reflected in him, which would later make empires tremble before him. And so it may be in time, that the actual truth about the man will have its day and stand tall and become acknowledged, whereby humanity will have its freedom back from depressing fictions.

31 The fiction of God and humanity standing isolated from each other, instead of standing as one in Being, has been woven into fictional doctrines that have opened the flood gates of the dark ages filled with religious persecution, and the assumed right of kings to dominate, exploit, enslave, and murder humanity at will. The trinity has become an isolating concept, rather than a unifying concept where God and man are one in being.

32 But with the true identity of man becoming rediscovered as the tallest manifest of life on the planet that gives humanity a divine image, with Jesus as a man standing as an example of the unity that is one, humanity will at last become qualified for a universal renaissance in which great achievements become possible.

33 Jesus in retrospect It is evident in so many ways that Christ Jesus never saw himself as THE son of God, like the religions generally define him, but did regard himself as A son of God in the universal sense in a spiritual relationship that applies to all of humanity, individually and collectively. With this he stepped beyond Buddhism and Hinduism into a realm of perception that was his own, which needs yet to be fully discovered.

34 Did Jesus succeed in what may have been his evident quest to vanquish the Roman Empire, the scourge of the world at the time? Evidence suggest that he did succeed. He succeeded in his terms, of him representing the process that naturally collapses every empire that the world has ever seen, by unmasking its emptiness. Rome promptly destroyed itself over the following five centuries by means of its self-created inner emptiness that no system of empire can escape.

35 Jesus may have laid this fact out before the authorities of Rome during his 'trial' before Pontius Pilate, saying to the Roman masters, "if you consent to the Jews who aim to strike me down, you create yourself consequences that will destroy Rome more devastatingly than the worst of your worst enemies could ever inflict on you." It made Pilate reluctant. Still, he remained small-minded, and consequently as Jesus' warning had not been heeded, as he my have promised, the great empire of Rome fell on its own sword, its inner emptiness, its mindless ways.

36 The collapse of Rom became a turning point in the universal history of humanity. A century after Rome collapsed, the great religion of Islam was founded that created a significant humanist renaissance in just a few centuries with advances in architecture, science, mathematics, and construction, much of it built on the knowledge of earlier periods, that had been developed in Europe. The Islamic Renaissance drew the leading edge discoveries together, and thereby established itself as a significant milestone in civilization. It may be for this reason that this early renaissance period is generally referred to as the Islamic Golden Age.

37 Along the trade routes of the Islamic Renaissance period the great achievements of Plato, Socrates, and others were brought back into Europe, which further advanced the dynamics of science that eventually gave rise to the Golden Renaissance in Europe that brought light into its dark-age period. While the trade routes of the Muslim civilization were later ruined by invading Crusaders, Mongols and Portuguese, by the destruction of the relevant economies, which eventually gave rise to banditry and piracy, the light of scientific thinking that the Islamic Golden Age had brought to Europe, continued to develop. On this developing humanist spark the Peace of Westphalia became established that stood as the first historic universal platform in defiance of empire, and which still stands as the foundation of modern civilization to the present day though it is severely under attack by the mindless forces of empire.

38 On the wings of the Golden Renaissance and in the wake of the Peace of Westphalia, the USA was founded on its distant continent as the first republic on the planet that demonstrated to humanity a grand alternative to empire as a viable national platform, a step away from the mindless poverty of feudalism that had overlaid the Renaissance in Europe with a new Dark Age. Although much of what was accomplished on the American shore by the early pioneers has been torn down again in the dark nights that were imposed by mindless pursuits in collusion with the system of empire that still flourished in Europe, that light that had established the USA as the modern 'city upon a hill,' has not been fully extinguished, but remains a light in the background to stage a New Renaissance once again. As in the natural world every night is followed by a new dawn, the spiritual unfolding of humanity may follow the same course. And so, I have come to recognize that Jesus has actually fulfilled his mission, which he might have been called upon to carry out, even while the ideology that he stood for remains still to be rediscovered in full.

39 Christ Jesus was evidently a human pioneer, not an extraordinary divine incarnation. If a special divine incarnation was possible, it would demonstrate the universal separation of man - the divine Image - from God, except for that one unique circumstance that is said to have given Jesus special powers. The imagined separation between God and man, whenever it is accepted, renders our universal humanity small and impotent in every age, and isolates humanity from God.

40 The fiction of the inherent functional separation of God and Man, a separation into insanity, has laid the root for great evils, extending into our time. It has unleashed through the ages a flood of poison on which all the dark ages in history have been built, old and new.

41 All imperial structures, whether they are political or church structures, have been built on the isolation of God and man as if the isolation was true, instead of it being fiction. The fictional isolation enables an intermediary to be set up between God and man. The special 'Son of God' has often been awarded the post of the intermediary, as the carrier of the divine Spirit. But since the Son of God was killed by Rome, the role of the intermediary has been assumed by the emperor of the state, or by the ruling king, or church, or whoever assumed the role to dominate humanity and to force or inspire it to bow in obedience. This is definitely not how Christ Jesus saw his role. In referring to the possibility of a human birth occurring as a direct divine emanation, America's spiritual scientist of the 19th Century, Mary Baker Eddy, stated bluntly, under the heading, Insanity and agamogenesis, that she didn't believe that agamogenesis applies to the human species.

42 (Science and Health, p.68) She stated, referring to Jesus, that his conception was spiritual and evidently unfolded on a higher platform than on the conventional, a type of platform where Love is reflected in love to the fullest. She states: "Jesus was the son of a virgin. He was appointed to speak God's word and to appear to mortals in such a form of humanity as they could understand as well as perceive. Mary's conception of him was spiritual, for only purity could reflect Truth and Love, which were plainly incarnate in the good and pure Christ Jesus. He expressed the highest type of divinity, which a fleshly form could express in that age. Into the real and ideal man the fleshly element cannot enter. Thus it is that Christ illustrates the coincidence, or spiritual agreement, between God and man in His image." In this context of the forever coincidence of the human and the divine, as God and divine image, the man Christ Jesus was able to illustrate to society by example the divine nature of everyone's universal humanity. He presented a challenge to humanity to come to terms with its spiritual nature and to discover its being one with God, and thereby to let go of its mortal vesture and investments in illusions and see them disappear with joy. 43 Is Mary Baker Eddy saying that the natural order was set aside for the conception of Jesus. Or is she saying that the conception of Jesus proceeded on the platform that is perfectly established by infinite wisdom, but that Jesus' conception occurred on this platform in a significantly raised context in the human dynamics of a great love - a love that defied the empires of religiosity, the fictions of priesthoods, and society's small-minded slavery to its opinion, and so on; unfolding as a love that grabbed the lion at its beard and said to it, you shall not pass into the domain where love rules, and where Love alone is reflected. Spiritual healing does not set aside the natural order of human existence, but brings it out more fully. In this context, the birth of Jesus represents an advanced unfolding of the healing Christ, the spiritual idea of God that precedes all ages, coming to light, healing humanity, raising it from the grave of small-minded thinking to embrace itself across all borders, cultures, customs, and greed, with the outstretched arms of universal love, the arms of the Cross of God.

44 Thus Mary Baker Eddy wrote in her poem, Christ my Refuge: Then His unveiled, sweet mercies show Life's burdens light. I kiss the cross, and wake to know A world more bright. And o'er earth's troubled, angry sea I see Christ walk, And come to me, and tenderly, Divinely talk.

45 Thus Truth engrounds me on the rock, Upon Life's shore, 'Gainst which the winds and waves can shock, Oh, nevermore! There was evidently nothing unnatural going on in the background to Jesus' conception and continuous ascension. His birth reflected the spark of the revolt of human freedom coming to light against the fictions of the ages and his ascension, built the Cross of God on Earth with its outstretched arms, the model in which God is reflected.

46 Thus, Christ Jesus was able to say to the authorities of Rome during his trial, "if you strike me down, you strike down the one option you have to save your world. You will thereby invite many dark ages to follow, long dark ages to follow the then resulting Roman Dark Age that places Rome forever into the halls of wasted cultural opportunities. And this path to hell will continue until my birth-platform, the universal humanity of mankind and its love for one another, reflecting divine Love to the fullest, is being manifest and is being thereby restored." And he may have added, "I am here to tell you the truth."

47 Pilate may have answered quietly, off the record, while returning to the judgment hall, "I know that what you have said is the truth, but those who cannot see the truth or hear it, are too many. My hands are tied. Society has been too deeply circumcised, too deeply corrupted. The people have the truth before them and cannot see it. They say, what is truth? They say there is no such thing as truth. The mindless want to see you crucified. And this, my friend, will go on long after we are finished here, until the day the truth becomes established. This day will happen, I am certain of it. But this day is not today. What is required for the truth to move the world, remains yet to be built." "I am in the world, in order to provide for the building," Jesus would have answered. "I provide for this age and for all ages. In this I cannot fail. Nothing can defeat God and forever circumcise society off the truth. The day will come when humanity will reach out for the truth, and not only accept it, but understand and acknowledge it in all its dimensions, in thought and in deed. Future ages will declare it, and will stand in judgement of this hour, for what could have been and was not allowed to be. Yes, I hear the crowd crying, crucify him, crucify him, which is a cry by the people to crucify themselves. I would have healed them, but they would not. Thus I must go the path before me, to heal future generations."

48 But will we listen to the voice of truth in our age with the next Ice Age standing before us, to begin in possibly 30 years? Or will the chorus remain, "there is no truth?"

49 Will we build the Ice Age Renaissance that we are capable of, and set up a foundation for living abundantly during the long night, when the Sun goes inactive, on and off, for the next 90,000 years? We have the power for building the needed new ark within us, by simply stepping up from mindless epochs to the limitless epochs of infinite Mind reflected in mind. Nothing can fail on this path, but the needed footsteps are indispensible. The path from mindless living to fulfilled living, is not an impossible one. It is a path of unfolding the principle of universal love, reflecting divine Love that is universal by its very nature. The path is no doubt challenging to those rooted in a small-minded world. But it is also a liberating path that is as as wide as the world itself. I wrote a 12-part novel to explore the principle of universal love. It began as a single novel, Discovering Love.

50 But as the discovery unfolded, the work grew by its own imperative into a work of 12 volumes with a single theme threaded through, and a single epic story, which I named, The Lodging for the Rose. Perhaps the large volume of the work that resulted is indicative of the scope of the journey before us till the freedom of the world is won. It may also be indicative of the volume of the riches that the principle of universal love promises for us all, against which the coming Ice Age can have no sting and the horizon is bright. Home page
