Referral forms are available at the Information Center and the Church Office. Forms must be returned to the church office by Sunday, October 30. Those of you who would like to be gift givers will have the opportunity to stop by the Giving Tree Sundays, November 6 & 13, and Wednesdays, November 9 & 16 to select a gift request card off the tree.
