Sometimes it s another person s story that brings to us an openness to Christ. Sometimes its even a family member s witness that stays within our searching mind. As we return to Ordinary Time until the Lent season, this simple story helps us make sense of our faith journey. I have been in contact with various people in my life who made me aware of God in a new way. My parents especially gave me an example of enduring faith. They never seemed to waiver from the practice of their faith. As we gather for Eucharist this weekend, we hold the treasure of faith that has been passed on to us. We pray for an openness to further learnings and growth this year. Peace, Father John MASS INTENTIONS Monday, January 15-1 Sm 15:16-23; Mk 2:18-22 Tuesday, January 16-1 Sm 16:1-13; Mk 2:23-28 Wednesday, January 17-1 Sm 17:32-33, 37, 40-51;Mk 3:1-6 Thursday, January 18-1 Sm 18:6-9; 19:1-7; Mk 3:7-12 Friday, January 19-1 Sm 24:3-21; Mk 3:13-19 Saturday, January 20-2Sm1:1-4,11-12,19, 23-27;Mk 3: :15 pm Bernadine Yokiel, Clair Haefner, Tony & Alice Rotchadl, Jeanne Ross, Allen & Jane Ross Sunday, January 21 - Jon3:1-5,10; 1Cor7:29-31;Mk 1: :00 am Mick & Lorraine McGuire /James Esser / Vic Chalhoub /Jim Murray 10:00 am Paul Hanly / Dorothy Voda /Delores Reuter / Phyllis Goettl /Katherine Thro Frost KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS JANUARY MEETINGS Parish Life Center - 6:30pm Tuesday, January 16 - Fish Fry Planning Tuesday, January 23 - Regular meeting All Knights are Welcome - Meal provided at 6:30pm 2

You will experience the joy of divine friendship, and you will see how God and only God can satisfy the deepest desires of your heart. Participants of Follow Me will receive a workbook for $25.00 and will meet every week to view an engaging video presentation followed by a time of lively group discussion and fellowship. The eight 30-minute videos, presented by Dr. Edward Sri, will guide you through the Gospel of John.
