St. Timothy VBS July 14-18, 2015 July 14-18, 2015 St. Timothy's will once again host a Catholic Vacation Bible School for children. This years theme is Cathletics! Training to be Champions for Christ. Kids will become engaged into the Life of Christ with teachings from God's Word on the Commandments, the Beatitudes and the Fruits of the Holy Spirit, with examples from our Holy Saints. Fun crafts, games, music and snack stations! The final day will conclude with a Family Picnic for all of our families! Positions for adult volunteers are currently open. Three tracks will be available: Preschool- Kindergarten, Grades 1-4 and Middle School Grades 5 6. (Our Lady of Fatima ) The next planned meeting for St. Timothy's Bereavement Group is scheduled for May 31st from 3-5 pm in the Fr. McGivney room. Our Holy Mother Mary knows the tremendous pain of loss, but is so ready to offer us the treasured gift of Hope found in our Faith. Our group is dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows and Our Lady of Hope. As always all adult parishioners who have been experiencing the sadness one confronts with loss of a loved one are gently encouraged to attend these prayer-filled support sessions. We are here to show you that you do not need to walk this path alone. Fr. Stefan Starzynski is our spiritual advisor for the group and Colleen Dundon, R.N. is the facilitator. The SVDP Food Pantry would love to distribute more fresh fruits and vegetables to our local neighbors in need.
