Sister Faustina was declared a Saint by the late Pope John Paul II. We invite you to use your computers and read up on this feast of compassion. OUR 2012 ARCHDIOCESAN STEWARDSHIP APPEAL 154 Parishioners have made pledges amounting to $46,013. Did you know that of the $18,000,000 that our fellow-catholics throughout the Archdiocese hope to raise, $1.25 million supports the myriad of academic and spiritual programs for the laity. We reach out to those who have never contributed to this Appeal. Please pick up a pledge form in the Hospitality Room. Enrollment envelopes are available on the table in the Narthex. Mothers, living or deceased, may be enrolled. If your Mom is living, you may use the enclosed card as your Mothers Day Card. The envelopes will be placed on a special table in the Daily Mass Chapel and will remain for the month of May. 6 OUR HOLY WEEK CELEBRATIONS The reverence, beauty and precision of our very special week is the result of a coordinated labor of love by so many individuals who gave of their time and talent. We are blessed with gifted celebrants and homilists: Father Steve, Father Berny, Father Ed Amor, Father Walter Modrys, S. J. and Father Piotr Blajer, OFM and Father Arcangel Cardenas, SSP were of invaluable assistance in ministering to our Polish and Spanish communities, with the assistance of our Klub Polski, Luz de Christo and Guadalupe Committees. We also thank: Deacon Rosario for his assistance; Sister Catherine Shanahan, SNDdeN and Fran Pietrunti who devoted themselves to working with the members of the Liturgy and Decorating Committees. We congratulate them for creating a sacred environment; Rick Meditz, Director of Music, our Adult Choir, our Childrens Choir, our Cantors and Musicians deserve our thanks.
