5 2016 EDWARD A. McLAUGHLIN, JR. AWARD RECIPIENT The Edward McLaughlin Award is given to the Boy Scout Unit which earns the highest number of Ad Altare Dei and Pope Pius XII emblems totaled. It is given in memory of Mr. Edward A. McLaughlin, Jr., the son of a past member of the Catholic Committee on Scouting.
