6 Sunday School help - If you love children and are looking for a way to serve the church, our third and fourth grade Sunday School class is in need of a new teacher. Safe Sanctuary certification is required, the link to the training is available on our web site. If interested please contact Rachael Desfosses, or sunrae1972@gmail.com. Cribbery Help- If you enjoy playing with infants and toddlers and looking for a way to help in the church, please consider volunteering in the Cribbery during the 9:30 service. We have a few families whose children have moved onto Sunday School and we need new volunteers to help fill in the schedule. 7 Bible Study for Lent: Give Up Something Bad for Lent by James W. Moore During Lent each year, Christians give up something as an act of sacrifice and spiritual discipline. Often it is something like chocolate, knowing that after Easter Sunday they can once again enjoy what they have given up. James Moore challenges readers to take it further - to give up something spiritually that they would be better off not doing. He invites all to seek God's help to focus on eliminating one habit or attitude that is destructive. Imagine giving up envy, jealousy, self-pity, apathy, procrastination, gossip, resentment, or negative thinking, how much better life would be. This study will begin on Monday, February 16 at 7:00 pm and Tuesday, February 17 at 12 noon. This will be a 7 week class. The cost for the book will be $ Sign up below.
