2 Missionary Moments from Dr. Burt Wilbur Cell Phone: (828) Brethren, pray for us. 1 Thessalonians 5:25 When things get back to normal, m going to, Ever found yourself saying that phrase. Here s my current question, What s normal? hear people talking about the new normal, really! f it s changing how can it be normal. King David penned the Psalms in the midst of joy and in the turmoil of sorrows, he found an answer. Praise ye the Lord. Praise the Lord O my soul. While live will praise the Lord. will sing praises unto my God while have any being. Psalm 146:1-2 No matter what normal might be in the world around us, normal for the Christian should be praising the Lord. During the month of July we said goodbye to Lois Woodie as God called her home after a faithful life of service to the Lord. Her touch in the life of this association has been tremendous with her loving heart and devotion. We will miss her until reunited in glory, through faith in Jesus Christ. We honor her by moving forward in the service of Christ. n praising God we join her in the heavenly, as all of heaven proclaims His glory. We continue to pray for her family asking God s riches blessings on Jerry Sr., Jerry Jr., Braden, and Ella Brook, as they seek their new normal by embracing the God they love and all the extended family. n Memory of Lois Woodie November 7, July 10,2016 Special Prayer Request Pray for our sister churches as they seek the leadership of the Holy Spirit in calling the under-shepherd of Christ to serve His Church of God s own choosing. 6 h.o.p.e. - Helping Other People Excel Rev. John Triplett, C.C.M. Director Greetings from Hope Ministry. What is your greatest need? Stop and think about. ask most of our friends we serve here at Hope Ministry this question. How is your walk with Christ? get a lot of different answers. For me personally my greatest need is keeping my walk with Jesus strong. You see if you re walking and talking with someone you find out a lot about him or her. t is the same way with Christ. The closer our walk with Jesus is, the easier it is for us to hear him. say this to ask you to help us pray for the people we serve at hope. For the most part their walk Christ is not very strong or not at all. Jesus said go therefore and make disciples of all nations Our greatest need is to have followers of Christ who will help us disciple the people we serve. Will you pray about how God can use you at Hope Ministry? My desire is to see more people have a genuine walk with Christ. Our goal at hope Ministry is to help people to know our only hope is in the Lord Jesus! Thank you for partnering with us, as we love on our clients as Christ loves the church.
