4 Protecting God s Children for Adults If you will be volunteering with Religious Education, Eucharist to the Homebound or the Sacristan ministry you must attend a Safe Environment Training Training will be held on: Tuesday, January 15 at 5:30 pm in Classroom 1 & 2 at the Parish Hall of St Augustine Church. If you registered for the previous class that was cancelled, please re-register for this class. If you have never signed on to Virtus previously, please go to virtusonline.org Click on the First-Time Registrant tab and start your profile so you can register for the class. 5 JANUARY 22, 2017 OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON The March for Life in Olympia will be held on Tuesday, January 22, We will begin with at 8:00 am at St Mary, Anacortes and the bus departs for Olympia at 8:30 am. The bus fare is $20 for adults and children 12 years of age and over. For children ages 5 to 11 years the fare is $10, and $5 for children under 5 years of age. Signups will begin after es the weekend of January 5-6, and continue on January Please note that registration form and payment must be turned in at the same time. All reserved signups must be paid in advance by January 14, after which all unpaid seats will be open to those on a first-come, first-served basis (all signup fares are final). We will provide an onboard breakfast of muffins, coffee, oranges, and juice for the kids. Each person will need to provide their own lunch. Those who would like to help a person or a family who cannot afford the expense can make a donation to St. Augustine designating it for the March for Life. The return trip is scheduled to depart from Olympia at 2:00 pm and to arrive at St. Mary at 5:00 pm. Please make all checks payable to St. Augustine Catholic Church.
