2 A n n ua l C at h o l i c A p p e a l We have begun the Annual Catholic Appeal, which supports good works throughout the Archdiocese and here at St Augustine. The 2015 Appeal invites us to commit to A Future Full of Hope: Passion for our Faith, Promise for our Future, Care for our Community, and Love for our Family. Please consider giving to the ministries of the Church in Western Washington, as we conduct the 2015 Annual Catholic Appeal over the next four weeks. Our 2015 Goal is $91,581. Last year we exceeded our goal (for the first time in many years) and money came back to us for Religious Education and Renovations. Again in 2015, gifts received over our goal will be shared between sending our youth pilgrims to World Youth Day 2016, the Upcoming Renovation of the Kitchen and Parish Hall, and Outreach to the Needy of Oak Harbor. Cards are available from the WYD pilgrims or the Parish Office. International Dinner Meeting Thursday, April 23 at 5 pm in CR 3. Help needed for decorations, serving and beverages. Everyone welcome. Dinner will be May 23. Join the fun. Call Barb at for more info. Agape Meal Program - Every Monday from 4:30-6:00 pm at the Parish Hall, volunteers prepare and serve a hot meal to anyone in need. Many of your older neighbors, veterans and families need transportation to vital medical appointments. Senior Services of Island County Volunteer Services Medical Transportation Program has a critical need for volunteer drivers in the Oak Harbor area. Drivers are reimbursed mileage and set own schedules and limits. Call for more info. Books of 20 Forever Purple Heart postage stamps are available for sale in the Parish Office.
