Thank you to all those whose generous pledges will help continue the mission of St. Theresa Catholic Church. Last weekend was Commitment Sunday. If you did not get a chance to turn in a pledge card, please take a brochure from the pew or narthex and fill out and detach the commitment card from the brochure. ANNUAL PARISH CHRISTMAS OUTREACH BEGINS DEC. 1ST Please join in the Parish Christmas Project supporting Foundation Communities, a local nonprofit agency providing affordable housing for thousands of low-income, working families here in Austin many coming from homeless shelters, some from living in their car or on the street. Many of these families can t afford to have Christmas for their children this year. If you want to help, please stop by the Christmas trees in the Narthex after Mass, Dec. 1-9, and take an ornament. Some have a single gift written on them and some are envelopes with forms to sponsor a whole family for the holidays. Items should be returned to the boxes in the Narthex by Tuesday, December 11 th. SEEKING VOLUNTEERS FOR PARISH CHRISTMAS OUTREACH Once again, our parish will host a Giving Tree project the first two weekends in December to help Foundations Communities provide Christmas gifts for low income families. If you would be willing to monitor the Giving Tree and answer questions please contact Sr. Ann Pennington at (512) ext or ann@sttaustin.org. We especially need volunteers after the Masses on Saturday and Sunday.
