Almost all of us remained lying in our beds, and often we had to hold ourselves with both hands so not to be catapulted out of them. ~ Fr. This year over 20,000 rallies are expected throughout the nation, all occurring at the same time. FALL LUNCHEON 2018 St. Barbara s Women s League of Vulcan will be hosting their annual Fall Luncheon on Wednesday, October 10th, from 11:15AM to 1:00PM in the Parish Hall. They will be serving an Italian chicken dinner with pasta, our famous polenta, fall vegetables, salads, and a wide variety of homemade pies. The cost of this delicious meal is $12.00 for adults. VINCENT DE PAUL PANTRY The St. Vincent de Paul Pantry is looking for volunteers to work the phones, interviewing or bagging groceries. You would take one shift every two weeks. They are open on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9-noon. Call Mary Paupore at or Fran Gundlach at FALL FESTIVAL American Martyrs Church in Kingsford will be having their Annual Fall Festival on Sunday, October 21st in their Parish Hall. They will be featuring their Famous Chicken Dinner with all the trimmings. Dinner will be served from 11:00 to 1:00 and again from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. The cost of the dinner will be adults $8.00, Children 6-12 $5.00 and children under 5 are free. There will be craft items, baked goods, and themed baskets for sale. There will also be raffle items. So please join us for the festival in celebration of fall.
