1 Announcement For the week of KPC Jr. Daughter s will have their Fried Chicken Wings and French Fries sale on November 3 rd and 4 th. See the bulletin for more information. There will be a presentation on November 1, 2018 at 5:00pm in the Church for all who are interested in going on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. The pilgrimage is planned for September The flyer is on the bulletin board. Registration forms are in Vestibule of the Church and in the Rectory. Working Saints The Call to Lay Leadership; Come join us this All Saints Day, November 1 st at 6:00pm at our Mother of Mercy Church to celebrate Mass and to learn more about the various roles of lay leadership in the parish. There will be no 6:30am morning Mass on Thursday, Nov. 1 st. Mass will be at 6:00pm. Blessed Sacrament Church will be having Mass at 12 Noon on Thursday, November 1st at the Blessed Sacrament Cemetery. Get Out Early To Vote After Church on Sunday. From the Pews to the Polls this Sunday, October 28, from 12 noon 5:00pm. Daylight Saving Time ends next Sunday, November 4 th. Set clocks back 1 hour. Enterprise Empty Stocking Fund Christmas Toy Distribution: Interviews will be held at United Methodist Church, located on the Corner of Calder at Pearl on November 5, 6, 7, and 8th, Monday thru Thursday from 9:00am until 4:00pm. Remember: All Announcements and Bulletin information must be submitted at least 8 days before the Monday of the weekend of publication.

Response: Lord, hear our prayer! For the Church, that, like Bartimaeus, we may see with the eyes of faith and follow more closely on the way of our Savior, we pray to the Lord. For all nations, that their leaders commit to resolving conflicts peacefully without resorting to belligerent aggression, we pray to the Lord For those who must cope with the results of violence in their daily lives, for police officers, paramedics, emergency room workers, and social workers, that they may be consoled, we pray to the Lord. For all ordained priests on this Priesthood Sunday, that their ministry may be fruitful and rewarding, we pray to the Lord... For all who have died, and for the intentions of this Mass, Earnestine Boutte, Mildred Clement, Elacy Junious, John Poullard, Jr., J. D. and Ella Mae Moore, and Christian Uzoh, may they rejoice in the mercy of God, we pray to the Lord...
