One the shpe nd design hve een finlised the key to speedy nd ost effetive instlltion is the use of Lser-Line rssing. This llows the eves to e simply olted to uilding elevtion with onsequent svings in time nd ost of providing ess. The Biley Cssette Eves system provides rnge of tried nd proven omponents whih speifiers nd designers n omine to rete exiting nd visully ttrtive eves whih re esily pplied to the uilding. Biley Cssette Eves re mnuftured in luminium nd so hve the enefits of longevity, strength nd light weight. Components re ville in wide rnge of finishes inluding rhiteturl polyester oting nd nodising. 5 SOFFITS Soffit pnels re ville in stndrd widths from 275mm to 1000mm with wider s eing hieved y using multiple pnels s desired. The most eonomil is the 3000mm long pnel, however lterntive lengths re ville so tht grid lines in urtin wlling or ldding modules n e reognised nd mintined throughout the uilding s fçde. Jointing Where pnels interlok with eh other or the fsi, flush joint is hieved using ompletely seret fixings. This edge detil lso works to stiffen the pnel so tht it remins truly flt. Metl thikness is vried ording to the pnel width nd wider pnels lso feture intermedite stiffening ris seretly fixed to the reverse side. Thus the ripples, quilting nd fixing dimples ommonly ssoited with lesser systems re voided. Trnsverse joints feture n interloking joggle method, whih voids ny dnger of pnel joints sgging or the need to rivet joints together. The joggle feture further stiffens the pnel. Building tolerne is ommodted within the design ross setion nd y use of djustle tolerne pnels longitudinlly. Ventiltion Biley Cssette Systems n netly nd esily inorporte ventiltion to meet the requirements of the Building Regultions nd relevnt stndrds. 7 CARCASSING Biley Eves Systems re est supported y Lser-Line urtely frited one piee omponents. Lser-Line provides the entire support for the eves nd n e ligned using lser ems or trditionl methods. LASER-LINE As single omponent, Lser-Line elimintes the need for seprte rils, ngles nd hnnels. This redues the time tken to instll rssing with more urte finished result. Lser-Line is normlly tthed to one or two points of the min uilding struture. From single tthment point t the uilding fe (vi n ngle rket) Lser-Line n support ntilevered eves up to 900mm projetion. Lrger projetions require t lest two fixing points on the primry struture. Detils re ontined in the Lser-Line dtsheet. REAR EDGE TRIMS The rer edge of the usully inorportes shdow gp to ommodte uilding tolerne whih is msked y losure trim. This helps speed instlltion nd so redues time on site.
