Have been rehearsing now for 3 weeks with the church choral group, and it's coming along nicely. Will be incorporated into the Easter service, as part of our Easter programme. Followed by BBC Radio Jersey. As part of Easter Songs of Praise on Easter Sunday Evening. sing the Mass as part of their Spring concert at the end of March. The joint Beacon choir of all local Heswall churches will be singing the Mass and Easter Anthem on Palm Sunday, with organ, flutes, cello and trumpet. This will be recorded by BBC Radio Merseyside and broadcast on Easter Sunday. We are practicing the Easter Anthem and would be interested in knowing of other groups in our area doing the same. We like the thought of being part of a national project. We will be singing the 'Easter Anthem', accompanied by keyboard, at the service in St Mary's Church, Hardington Mandeville on Easter Sunday. We are a 4 year old choir of parents, staff & local friends & families based around Yerbury Primary School, Tufnell Park, London, N19. We have been working on Easter Anthem since January & will be performing it to the school at an Easter Assembly on Thursday 29 March. Its a challenging but beautiful piece.
