2 My Brother, From the East Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! Brother, this year was a great one for me, as I experienced our lodge coming together in unity to do various degrees, fund raisers and community events. This is what lodge is to me. I appreciate all the brothers coming out over the year to help with our events and hope we can continue and expand for years to come. The work in the community will make our brothers and our community stronger. No institution was ever raised on a better principle or more solid foundation; nor were ever more excellent rules and useful maxims laid down than are contained in the several Masonic lectures. 3 My Dear Brothers, In 2017, New Jersey Freemasonry will be celebrating the 300 th anniversary of the Grand Lodge of England. To help commemorate this event, the Grand Lodge of New Jersey has contracted with PCI, a company that will be publishing a high end Yearbook to be sold/distributed late in the 2017/2018 Masonic year. This letter is to advise you that all New Jersey Freemasons will be contacted by PCI directly via the mail for information that each Mason may wish to submit as part of that yearbook. Each of you will be able to provide up to 300 words for individual biographies and there is an opportunity for you to provide a personal picture.
