9 6 JON M. HUNTSMAN CENTER prohibited items For the comfort and safety of all, the following items are not permitted in Jon M. Huntsman Center: Alcohol Aluminum Cans Artificial Noisemakers Coolers/ Ice Chests/ Thermoses Fireworks Flash Photography Glass Bottles Large Stadium Seats Outside Food or Drink Weapons A landmark on the utah campus, the Jon M. Huntsman Center is the perfect place to watch a sporting event. With 15,000 chair seats (8,000 for volleyball and women s basketball) assuring a great view from anywhere in the arena, the Huntsman Center is the largest indoor venue in the Pac-12 Conference. opened in 1969, the jon m huntsman center stands at an elevation of 4,657 feet above sea level. in fall 2017 the JMHC underwent installation of a new scoreboard system. the renovation was an estimated $4 million, giving the JMHC the largest indoor scoreboard in the pac-12 conference and one of the top ten largest indoor arena scoreboards in college athletics. The Utah volleyball team has made the Huntsman Center is permanent home since the fall of The largest crowd to watch a Ute home match all-time (4,736) came on September 14, 2017 as Utah hosted BYU in the JMHC. Utah went 7-3 in conference play at the Huntsman Center in JMHC reserves the right to inspect and remove any packages and containers. clear bag policy As part of a new security campaign, the unviersity of utah has transitioned into using the clear bag policy, which will take full effect at the JMHC for the season. This policy allows fans to bring items into the arena only if placed in a clear bag. Entry and Re-Entry Only guests with valid tickets or credentials are permitted into JMHC. Once you exit JMHC during an event, you will not be allowed to re-enter. For special circumstances please visit our Guest Services Center across from Portal 18 at JMHC.

11 8 arena parking visiting team ENTER HERE PARK HERE -As you arrive to the Huntsman Center, please park on the west side of the venue and enter the arena through the west tunnel doors (ramp). you will be greeted by the utah host trainer. -We will not issue parking passes or credentials for visiting teams.
