The City Located 20 minutes south of the border from San Diego, California, this proximity to the border and scenic location between the Pacific Ocean and coastal foothills, makes Rosarito Beach (or Playas de Rosarito) one of the leading resort towns in Baja California. Rosarito has spread out and on the drive down from San Diego, you will notice just how much Tijuana and Rosarito have grown together. However the main urban district of Rosarito is a four mile stretch along the beach on Boulevard Benito Juarez of hotels, condominiums, restaurants, gift shops, curios, and more.

Materials will include 1,500 City Transformation Manuals for students and 50 City Transformation Mentor Version books for the mentors.

4 Humanitarian Pre festival Work: The JA Pérez Association working with international organizations will be sending educational and medical groups during the months before the festival. Reaching the villages around the main city with immunization campaigns, medical assistance, micro farming for single mothers and other humanitarian programs. The week of the festival: Equipping Conferences for Pastors and Leaders (Unity and a Culture of Evangelism) Conferences for the family (Marriage and Family Values) Conferences for Women (Empowering Women to Serve God in the Market Place) Graduation for the School of Creative Evangelism (for the trained nationals that will do the follow up using the 12 week City Transformation Tools) Loving The City Humanitarian Work (Reaching the poor sectors of the city and surrounding towns) City Impact (Streets, Schools, Prisons and Parks Evangelistic Outreaches using Arts, Sports and Music) City Wide Festival At the venue by the sea, the Festival model includes: Family Tent Outreaches Workshops with several themes for the family with counseling (Evangelistic) Workshops for single mothers with counseling (Evangelistic) Workshops for Men. Manhood and family matters with counseling (Evangelistic) Childrens Tent. Clowns, Puppet Theatre, Drama, Arts, Music, Games and Prizes All day prayer and counseling tent Social Services Tents Micro Farming program to assist low income Women and single mothers Program for Addictions with counseling (Evangelistic) Assistance for battered women with counseling (Evangelistic) Medical Tent. Consultation. Prescription, Medications and Referrals Odontology Tent. Dentists Chairs with all basic dentist services Immunization campaigns (Immunization Shots) Small Business Assistance (Resources, Information Training) Extreme Sports Youth Outreach (National and International Talents) Surfing Contests BMX presentations Skate presentations
