2 When our family gathers for Thanksgiving dinner, we have a special way of saying the blessing before the meal. We gather in a big circle and hold hands, and using the alphabet, we each say something for which we re thankful that begins with our assigned letter. Some of the responses are sweet, and some are funny, especially when someone gets stuck with X! But it s always a special time for us to truly give thanks before we feast together. As I think of all I have to give thanks for this year, I thought I would share my list with you. I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love towards all the saints, and for this reason I do not cease to give thanks for you as I remember you in my prayers.
