Horum omnium fortissimi sunt Belgae, quod a cultu atque humanitate Provinciae longissimi absunt. minimeque saepe ad eos mercatores adeunt atque ea, quae ad effeminandos animos pertinent important. 2 Qua de causa Helvetii quoque reliquos Gallos virtute praecedunt, quod fere cotidie cum Germanis contendunt, Helvetii aut suis finibus Germanos prohibent aut ipsi in Germanorum finibus bellum gerunt.
