You may prepare your special chili recipe or you can bring a dessert, salad, chips, crackers, cheese, etc. If you are making chili, please have it to the church by 5:45 p.m. An award will go to the best chef. Sign up in the Welcome Center. Bible Study: The Thursday morning Bible study will resume Thursday, January 10, 10:00 a.m. in the parlor. MOC: The Men of the Church will meet for breakfast and devotion on Tuesday, January 8, 7:00 a.m. at the Seahorse Restaurant, Stantonsburg Rd. Cost is $9. The Men of the Church dinner will be Tuesday, January 22, 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. The cost is $10. NTN Luncheon: It s time to get your tickets to the 2019 Neighbor to Neighbor luncheon! Tickets for the February 9, 2019, NTN Luncheon are on sale ($25) in the Fellowship Hall today and January 13th. Each ticket purchased comes with a raffle ticket that is received when you attend the luncheon. This wonderful event is in its 16th year and raises money to assist members of our community who struggle to pay their heating bills in the winter. Don t miss out on this opportunity to support our community while enjoying a wonderful lunch and special live entertainment! You may choose to make a donation to one of the ministries of the church in lieu of providing a flower arrangement for the sanctuary. Your donation can be in honor or in memory of a loved one and would be recognized in the bulletin. Just sign up on the flower calendar outside the sanctuary. Mayfest: Mayfest for Missions needs you! The Mayfest Committee is running a volunteer survey during the month of January to solicit and organize volunteers for Mayfest Please locate the survey in the Welcome Center or Fellowship Hall and check all areas where you can help. There is also an application form for the Presbyterian Women of New Hope Presbytery Scholarship which must be received in the Presbytery office by March 1.
