"Music of Our Ancestors" Sunday, April 21, 7:30 p.m. at Park Avenue Synagogue, 50 E. 87th St., NYC Free Admission ***** Our former Cantor, MirandaCMandi) Beckenstein, invites all of her friends at Beth-EI to a Cantorial Concert in which she and 8 other local cantors will perform. The concert is on Sunday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. at Temple Beth-Or in Bergen County. Tickets: $10.00 to benefit HUC School of Sacred Music. For more information, see Rabbi Brickman. Our Rabbi in Our Community On Sunday, March 17, Rabbi Brickman represented Temple Beth-EI at a testimonial breakfast honoring Rabbi Daniel Freelander, Regional Director of the UAHC. Rabbi Brickman conducted a number of model seders prior to Passover. He joined Rabbi Sacks in leading a seder for the Interfaith Clergy Association, led a seder at Old Bergen Church and at St. Aloysius Church, where Cantor Pscheidt joined him. Molly Gatov named UJA Woman of the Year Mazel Tov to our own Molly Gatov who will be honored as the "Woman of the Year" at the UJA's Community Supper on May 7, Our entire Beth-EI family takes pride in this honor being bestowed upon one of our members.
