Secondary School Rani Park, Jammu It is further ordered that after receipt of the sensitive material from the Deputy Commissioners (Custodian/Coordinating Supervisors of the respective examination venues of Anantnag/Baramulla/Doda/Rajouri centres), the same shall be handed over by the teams constituted by the respective Deputy Commissioners along with the teams constituted under this order to the respective Supervisors under the overall supervision of the concerned Custodian/Coordinating Supervisors (Deputy Commissioners). The following instructions shall be adhered to by the concerned teams: Jammu Centre The Officers/Officials deputed to various notified examination venues of Jammu Centre shall leave the Headquarter (Srinagar) on and report back on upon conclusion of the J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2018 and deposition of the sensitive material with the Incharge Control Room Doda & Rajouri Centre The Officers/Officials deputed to various notified examination venues of the Doda & Rajouri Centres shall leave the Headquarter (Srinagar) on and shall report back on after deposition of the sensitive material with the Incharge Control Room Jammu on Page 5 of 7

6 Srinagar Centre Those deputed for exam duty in various examination venues of Srinagar Centre shall report to Controller of Examinations, JKPSC Solina Srinagar at 07:00AM sharp on i.e. the day of Examination for receiving the sensitive material from the Incharge Control Room and delivering the same to the respective supervisors against proper receipt. Anantnag & Baramulla Centres The Officers/Officials deputed to various notified examination venues of Anantnag & Baramulla Centres shall leave the Headquarter (Srinagar) on and report back immediately upon conclusion of the J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2018 for deposition of the sensitive material with the Incharge Control Room Srinagar on Leh & Kargil Centre The Officers/Officials deputed to various notified examination venues of Leh & Kargil Centres shall leave the Headquarter (Srinagar) on and report back immediately upon conclusion of the J&K Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2018 for deposition of the sensitive material with the Incharge Control Room Srinagar. All the above mentioned Officers/Officials shall:- i) visit the respective centre(s) allotted to them on and ensure that the seating arrangements are strictly as per the guidelines issued to the Supervisors. Discrepancy, if any, shall be brought to the notice of the respective incharge Control Room(s); and ii) report at PSC Office Srinagar/Camp Office Jammu and the respective Custodian/Coordinating Supervisors of the examination centres of Anantnag/Baramulla/Doda/Kargil/Leh/Rajouri, as the case may be, at 7:00 AM sharp, on the day of Examination for receiving the sensitive material from them and deliver the same to the respective supervisors, against proper receipt, under over all supervision of concerned Custodian/Coordinating Supervisors (Deputy Commissioners). iii) remain present at the time of opening of the sealed material by the Supervisors; and iv) physically count the number of candidates(attendance) and the Invigilation staff, including Class-IV employees deployed by the respective Supervisor(s) at the respective centre(s) to furnish the details thereof on the prescribed proforma, to the Incharge Control Room(s) half an hour of the commencement of the examination; and v) be responsible for safe collection of the sensitive material after conclusion of examination and its deposition in the respective Control Room; and Page 6 of 7

7 It is further ordered that:- i) No leave shall be entertained, except under unavoidable circumstances and only on the recommendation of the Incharge Control Room; and ii) problem, if any, faced related to the smooth conduct of examination shall be immediately brought to the notice of the Control Room(s), composition whereof is as under:- Control Room Srinagar:- (S/Shri) 1.
