8 ii) On after AM all the Officers/ officials shall visit at the respective Centers allotted to them and check the seating arrangements made by the concerned centers as per the guidelines issued to the Supervisors and report the discrepancy, if any, found by them to the Control Room. iii) Physically count the attendance of the present Candidates as well a the invigilation staff including class-iv employees deployed by the respective Supervisor at the centre on the specimen to be provided at the time of delivery of sensitive material, and convey the attendance of the candidates verbally to the control room within half an hour after start of each session of examination. iv) Be personally responsible of receipt of sensitive material in complete form from the respective Supervisors of the Centres after conclusion of two session of examination and In charge Team shall bring back personally the said material for handing over to Controller of Examinations, JKPSC Office at Jammu/Srinagar. v Remain present at the time of opening of sealed packets, of question booklets each centre. vi) Any problem noticed during the course of examination or related to examination shall be immediately conveyed to Control Room:- Further deployment of the staff to be deputed by the General Administration Department will be made subsequently.
