1 GOVERNMENT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR DIRECTORATE OF FOOD, CIVIL SUPPLIES & CONSUMER AFFAIRS KASHMIR -----o----- Sub: - Tentative Seniority list of officials carrying substantive pay scale of Rs Grade pay Rs.2400/- Ref: - Notification issued under endorsement No.DCAPDK/Adm/B-X-305 dated (Notification) Whereas, the updated seniority list of officials carrying substantive pay scale of Rs GP Rs.2400/- was issued vide notification referred to above for general information of employees of the said category and inviting of objections thereof; Whereas, from the date of issuance of said list, some officials have been elevated to the next higher grade and some have proceeded on superannuation who have been deleted accordingly from this category; Whereas, a good number of officials have also been promoted to this grade from the dates depicted against each who have been incorporated in the fresh tentative seniority list; Now, therefore, in view of above, a fresh tentative seniority list of the officials carrying substantive pay scale of Rs GP Rs.2400/- as on as per Annexure to this notification is issued for inviting objections from the concerned officials, if any, within a period of twenty-one (21) days from the date of its publication. However, this is issued without prejudice to outcome of writ petitions, if any, pending before the Court of law. Besides, the seniority of officials in whose favour grade has not been released so far due to non receipt of vigilance clearance is purely subject to receipt of vigilance clearance in his/her favour within a period of three months only and release of grade thereof.
