Whereas, against these 46 Candidates (Ganderbal= 06, Baramulla= 8 and r 22) only 27 candidates (Ganderbat= 04, Baramulla= 0 and = 3) are available in the waiting list in the relavant categories. Whereas, Clear cut recommendation has been furnished by the SSB in favour of only 26 candidates listed in annexure "A" to this order. n view of above, sanction is hereby accorded to the: Deputation of 26 candidates, listed in Annexure'A' to this order, selected by the Service Selection Board as Accounts Assistants in Finance Department in Waiting Lists under relevant Categories in concerned Districts Cadre vide its No. referred to above, for one year's ACC training in Accountancy Training, nstitute,. During one year's ACC training the candidate shall be entitled to stipend as admissible under rules. The selectee shall report to the Principal, Accountancy Training, nstitute,, within a period of 2 days from the date of issuance of this order alongwith the following certificates/documents in original: i. Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate. ii. Date of Birth Certificate. iii. Health Certificate issued by Competent Authority. iv. Permanent Resident Certificate. v. Relevant Category Certificate. vi. Certificate from General Manger of the concerned District ndustries Centre and Deputy Director Employment, to the effect that No Loan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken by the appointee.

5 n case any selectee fails to join within the stipulated period of 2 days, hislher appointment shall stand cancelled without any further notice. The appointment shall be subject to the following conditions: (a) (b) The selectee shall give undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit to the effect that in case any adverse report about his Character and Antecedents is received from the Additional Director General of Police, CD, J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the Department, her appointment shall itself stand cancelled abinitio and she shall have no claim of his appointment. The verification of all required certificate (s) viz; Academic Qualification Certificate, Date of Birth Certificate, Health Certificate, Permanent Resident Certificate, Category Certificate (wherever applicable), Certificate from General Manger of the concerned District ndustries Centre and Deputy Director Employment, to the effect that No Loan under Self Employment Scheme has been taken by the appointee from the concerned ssuing Authority to be got done by the Principal of the training nstitute. The stipend of the selectee shall not be drawn and disbursed to herlhim unless a satisfactory report in respect of (a) and (b) above is received. After successfu completion of one year's ACC training in Accountancy Training, nstitute, helshe shall be formally placed as Accounts Assistants in PB, F Grade Pay (Preresived)/ Level5 ( ). His/Her service shall be regulated under the "Rules for Admission in the Accountancy Training nstitute for the various Accountancy Courses and Examinations thereof" laid down in Schedule X of J&K CSRs Vol and "J&K Subordinate Accounts Service Rules".
