3 Introduction A Gratitude to Hamdan Among the most obvious in the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance th session, is the surpass of positive indicators above the negative ones. This remark falls with special emphasis on the increase in rate of winning, and partaking in most of the categories. Ultimately, this has diverted the attention away from some of the negative indicators which are considered major as to its academic value and its methodological indication. The most prominent in them all was the refraining of the targeted segment from taking part in some of the categories, and especially those that represent the core of the academic process,, both in the general education and high education such as the Best Scientific Innovation Category. Another category was also the Best Applied Project for the High Education level, which raises questions pertaining to the reasons behind abstaining from taking part in these categories and which should be irrelevant to number of entries submitted by schools and universities as students innovations. On the other hand, the rate of participations in the Academic Applied Research Award, on the Arab world level, its rates exceeded %. The readings are reassuring and indicate a proper movement in the Arab Academic environment towards the solid structure set for development. Yet, the winning of an Applied Research from the Arab Nation ( Egypt), regains some optimism to Education through out the Arab Nations. With such sanguinities, the choosing of H.H Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the Supreme Council, Ruler of Ajman, to be the Distinguished Public Figure of the year completes and tops the chain of excellence. This incident crowns the efforts generated throughout a whole Award session, which was integrated with initiations, and avoided inconsistencies, to then have the Award announce April 6 of the current year a day celebrating winners and rewarding them. We congratulate all winners, and wish the best to those unfortunate this year. As well, we encourage all potential candidates who are willing to take part. And in a voice of unity, we dedicate and loudly express, our gratitude: Thank you Hamdan Abdul Noor Ahmed Al Hashimi Chief Editor We welcome your contributions and inquiries as to pursue communication with you.
