1 We have had a great start to God is blessing your efforts and answering your prayers. You are inviting people to services, Bible Studies, and other activities. Thank you and keep it up. This month we will start three new adult Bible Studies that will take place on Sunday Mornings. A Study on the Old Testament character of Joseph will take place in the Parlor which is located in the Education Wing. This Study will be led by two elders Cary Richmond and Dean Soderstrom. There will also be a three week study on the Spiritual Discipline of Prayer that will be held in the sanctuary. Jim O Banion and I will lead that Study. Then starting on Sunday Morning, February 28, Jim and I will begin a Study on The Passions Events of the Easter Story. These are great opportunities for you to invite a friend to join you as we study together. This month we will also have a Couples Seminar on Friday, February 19 and Saturday, February 20. We will learn to communicate better by developing the Spiritual Discipline of prayer. This seminar is designed for couples who are dating, newly married, or have been married for 50 years. I am excited about this seminar. It will help couples and the Kingdom. Great Job with the work day in January. March will be exciting as we prepare for Easter. Sunday March 13th the Dallas Christian College Choir will be with us during Sunday Morning Service. More details will follow. Good Friday Prayer Walk on March 25. Easter Sunrise Service. Special Easter Service. I am glad that God called Lisa and me to Midland to work with you. I will see you this Sunday and remember, invite a friend. Blessing, The Christian Church of Midland Exists to Make More and Better Disciples
