Parents must be a registered members of the Church of Saint Patrick. One Godparent must be confirmed, practicing Catholic. Both must be Christian and at least 16 years old. SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION: The Sacrament of Reconciliation is administered on Saturday 3:00 to 3:30 or you may call the Parish Office for an appointment. 4 December 25, 2016 TREE OF LIFE The Tree of Life located in the side vestibule of the Church, was dedicated on June 12, 2010, as a lasting memorial for our Parish. You may wish to dedicate a leaf on the Tree of Life to honor a special person or occasion. The Church of Saint Patrick has many capital projects that require extraordinary financial support. You may designate the project you wish to support with your donation. Call the Parish Office for more details. They depend on us. You will find pans & the recipe in the vestibule. We ask that you return the frozen chili to the Parish Office and it will be delivered to Our Daily Bread. Alzheimer s & Dementia Support Group. The Alzheimer's and Dementia Support Group meets on the third Tuesday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Convent on Stokes Street. 5 The Nativity of the Lord December 25,2016 A Note from Grace Place Coordinator Louise Silsby Dear Fellow Parishioners: Grace Place was the recipient of your generous donation to the Poor Box in December 2016.As many of you know, Grace Place has been in existence for more than 20 years, started by a small group of people to include Mary Wettig of our parish. I have been proud to serve as the Coordinator for about two years now. I am blessed to have so many wonderful volunteers, to include my husband, Graham, who attends Webster Church. Grace Place is truly a collaborative effort. Your cash donation will be used to purchase food to give our clients items to take home to supplement their meals: tuna fish, canned chicken, pasta and sauce, macaroni and cheese, vegetables, cereal, canned fruit, and occasionally juice and milk. Again, thank you for your generosity. Looking for the Longest Married Couple in 2017 Worldwide Marriage Encounter is searching for the longest married couple. ALL volunteers at Church of Saint Patrick must register with Shield the Vulnerable. The Archdiocese has implemented an on-line training and screening system for those that volunteer in our parish community. ALL volunteers must be registered in the on-line compliance system in order for our parish to be in compliance w Archdiocesan youth protection requirements for volunteers who work with minors, employees, and clergy.
