Romans 8:32 God our Heavenly Father gave us his most beloved gift of all, his very Son. When we give from what we most cherish, we too share Christ with others. To date we have contributed $5,653 (88%) toward our goal through the support of 28 house holds. Only $747 to go. IMPORTANT INFORMATION From The Worship Communion Ministry - There will be a change in the flow of the congregation during communion starting next Sunday, March the 4th. Sick this Week Annie McDuffie If you are aware of a parishioner who is ill, please get their permission to have their name printed on the sick list, and inform the parish office. All who are not receiving Holy Communion are encouraged to express in their hearts a prayerful desire for unity with the Lord Jesus and with one another.

CRS Rice Bowl As in the past, during Lent we participate in CRS Rice Bowl, a faith-in-action program that invites us to encounter our neighbor, as companions on the journey, through prayer, fasting and almsgiving. Please consider participating in this year's CRS Rice Bowl with your family. We will collect your bowls at the end of Lent. Thanks - Social Concerns- Outreach 31 st Annual African American Catholic Leadership Awards Dinner The Archdiocese of Louisville s Office of Multicultural Ministry will host its 31 st Annual African American Catholic Leadership Awards Dinner on Saturday, March 10, 2018, 6:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 830 Phillips Lane, Louisville, KY A Silent Auction and Cash Bar will begin at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of this awards dinner is to recognize African American Catholic leadership within the Archdiocese of Louisville. All proceeds from this event will go towards a scholarship fund that assists African American Catholic youth with secondary and post-secondary education. Youth scholarships will be given to young men and women who have demonstrated leadership in their church and school communities. Adults will be recognized for their leadership in the African American Catholic community. Tickets are $70.00 and should be purchased in advance.
