We can sew blankets for Ragan's Hope which will give you credit for 4-H and we can learn to cut out and sew other things as well for gifts to family and community. Just give me a call and we can work out a time that is good for both of us. Phyllis at ( ). If you are more comfortable with your own machine that is fine or you can use mine. 11 REACHING YOUR CHURCH OFFICE By Phone: By Pastor Kyle Website: By Mail: Men in mission The Men in Mission met on the second Saturday in August with Gerald cooking another great country breakfast. It was one of the meals you only dream about. It consisted of fried eggs, biscuits, a new kind of link sausage from Rau's meat market (very good), coffee and orange juice. Connor Himly, did a presentation on the week long Tenth Battalion Brigade Bass Camp he attended this summer. The presentation included how to manage a bass population in your pond, including growing trophy bass and how to catch a fish. The MIM would like to say thank you Connor, for the presentation and a good job. Several new people joined us, Jon & Wesley Westerfeld, Darrell Himly and Ken Seeker. We also told Pastor Jim good bye, we enjoyed him as our pastor, attending the past MIM meetings and we will miss him. Reports were given and it was pointed out the scholarship fund raiser drive through or eat in will be held at lunch on the third Sunday in October. (October 18, 2015.) The quilt that will be given to some lucky ticket holder will be finished September first. Tickets sales will begin in late August. If you would like to join us in The Activity Center for a country breakfast and fellowship, we meet every second Saturday of the month and eat at 7:30.
