All brand new pajamas for girls and boys will be accepted, however the greatest need this year is size 5T Adult Medium. Collection dates will be November 19-December 16. A collection box will be available in the Church narthex during these dates to help with this project. Christ Lutheran s Board of Evangelism is sponsoring this activity. ** ANGEL TREE is back for the upcoming holiday season. A limited number of angels remain on a first come basis. Gift suggestions are listed on the angels you pick. Each gift should cost between $15 and $20. Further instructions are available with the Angel Tree display. All gifts must be returned to the Church by December 14 so they can be prepared and sorted for distribution on the December 15. If you would like to help with distribution or have questions about Angel Tree, please contact Dale Schlote at ** JOIN THE FUN OF CAROLING - The Board of Evangelism is sponsoring a Christmas Caroling event on Sunday, December 2. Participants should meet in the Fellowship Hall at 4:00 p.m. Following the event, a warm and tasty Soup Supper will be served. Anyone wishing to join in this time of holiday fun and fellowship is welcome. This will also be the activity for the Junior High Youth Night. Drivers are needed. ** AN INVITATION FOR ALL LADIES All ladies of the congregation are invited to attend the Ladies Circle Christmas Luncheon on Thursday, December 13 at 12:30 p.m. The event will be held in the Fellowship Hall. Smokin Stan s will provide the meal of pulled pork sandwich, potato salad and baked beans. Ladies Circle members will provide salads and side dishes. Please R.S.V.P. by calling Judy Allvin at by Wednesday, December 5, if you plan to attend. Following the luncheon, the Kindergarten children from Christ Lutheran School will provide entertainment. She tells of a 6 year old patient who suffered with severe cellulitis and how the child's condition was monitored with the Kenya Mercy Medical Team.

2 Mission Memo Pray for Church Workers Around the World Sarah Kanoy has received our support to be a medical missionary in Kenya since the Big Mission Event in She has taught her sisters in Christ in Malawi about how God has created women's bodies and how they work and how God values women. She tells of a 6 year old patient who suffered with severe cellulitis and how the child's condition was monitored with the Kenya Mercy Medical Team. God graciously helped Sarah assist in the child's care as well as teaching her parents how to care for their child. Presently, Sarah has her work permit and her resident permit to be Community Health Nurse and Educator in Tanzania, East Africa. She relates to us the story of Zacchaeus whom Jesus invited to come down from the tree to come to know Jesus. Sarah asks us to PRAY that God would open all our eyes to share His love and grace with every single Zacchaeus that He places in front of us!
