4 A READING When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on the throne of his glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats, and he will put the sheep at his right hand and the goats at the left. 10 PROPOSED CANONICAL CHANGES The proposed changes end the use of the term Mission to refer to a congregation of the Diocese. All congregations are either a Parish or an Aided Parish (all aided parishes will be for a set number of years based on a mission strategy approved by Diocesan Council). It eliminates the monthly reports now required of 26 currently designated missions. The proposal necessitates two additional changes: 1. determine delegate representation at Diocesan Convention, and, 2. oversight of investment funds.
