3 Stewardship Update 2018 Dear Fellow Parishioners, We wanted to share with you some of the statistics concerning our Holy Trinity Stewardship Program over the past few years. The Parish Council was presented with this data in June comparing the Stewardship figures from 2014 to From one perspective, you will notice that our Stewardship revenue has increased about 8% (Line 3A) over the last years as has the total Parish income (Line 3B). This increase comes as a result of successful Festivals and Dinner Dances. And for this we thank God for all your hard work and support for both events. In any good Stewardship Program, success is attained by healthy parish events as well as the parishioner s Stewardship commitment of time, talents and treasures. As you look once again at the data below, may we share with you some of the statistics of the pledge amounts that are Less than $300. to More than $2,000. Please notice the percentage of Stewards that give $499. and less equals 38% of our parishioners. If you fall into that range, might you consider giving a just a bit more so that our Stewardship Program can provide enough income to sustain the parish in the event of bad weather during the Festival, or a less successful Dinner Dance? We thank you for this consideration. We are grateful for all you do for our beautiful parish Please have a wonderful summer and plan to offer your time and talent to the ANNUAL FESTIVAL, SEPTEMBER 6 9. We need everyone s support!!! Faithfully, Dino Yotides Parish Council President Father Nicholas Pastor

6 August 2018 Dear Fellow Parishioners, Our 2018 Festival will be held from Thursday, September 6th through Sunday, September 9th. This huge event is a major fundraiser for our church, and the proceeds go towards our many monetary expenses and obligations. Monetary donations are a way to both decrease our Festival expenses, such as tent and tables/chair rentals, baking ingredients, dry goods, etc., and increase our net profit. Please note that even with one rainout day, last year, over 10,000 people attended our 4 day event, with a great majority going through our main tent, the Taverna. We have three ways you can help: 1) Platinum Sponsor ($500 or more): Your name/business name will be prominently displayed in multiple areas during the Festival on a special sign in the Taverna identifying you as a Platinum Sponsor A special banner will hang prominently outside one our buildings identifying all the Platinum Sponsors Food tray placemats in the Taverna will be printed with your name/business name (can use a business card) During the four days of the Festival, periodically, the DJ will announce and recognize each of the Platinum Sponsors After the festival: The Trinitarian will have a special page dedicated to our Platinum Sponsors. The Trinitarian is sent to all our parishioners. Our website, holytrinity-nr.church, will herald you on the Home page as a Platinum Sponsor. 2) Gold Sponsorship ($150 or more): Your name will be printed on a sign under our main Taverna Tent with a gold star in the text area Your name will be displayed on a large banner on the church grounds during the festival 3) Tent Sponsorship ($100 or more): Your name will be printed on a sign under our main Taverna All donations are tax deductible. Please use the form on the back of this letter to indicate your preference; all forms can be left in the church office. We thank you for your continued assistance in either of the above categories. Please feel free to contact us directly at , or contact the church office with any questions at Sincerely, Festival Tent Sponsorship Committee John Dos Santos

29 Dear Parents, We are so happy to again offer you and your child(ren) Holy Trinity s great Mommy & Me Musical Program. Every week our wonderful teacher, Susan Davis, has brought singing and dancing to the youngest children of Holy Trinity Church for the past 20 years. The program begins in September, runs through the end of June and is open to all Holy Trinity members. This year we will have class directly following Liturgy on Sundays, beginning at 12pm. The fee is $200 per family and includes 2 CD/songbook sets containing the music for the program, as well as, a fee to the church to partially offset the cost of the program. Susan Davis offers this very same music program ( Shake, Rattle & Roll ) to the general public costing over $400 for 14 weeks for 1 child- as you can see, our Mommy & Me is a great DEAL as the $200 fee is for the entire year, for your whole family! Mommy & Me participants range in age from newborns through kindergarten. Parents, caregivers, grandparents, and even godparents, are welcome to bring their little ones. It is a great way to make new friends, enjoy our time with other Holy Trinity families and introduce your child to the joy of music. We also have parties to celebrate the Holidays! Mommy & Me lasts 45 minutes and includes singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, meeting new friends. We begin promptly, but are very understanding of nap times, fussy times, and just crazy days. Call or the program chair, Tara Konstantakopoulos, at (914) or taragriffiss@gmail.com, if you have questions. We hope to see you on September 23 rd!
