6 St. Michael s News December 13, 2015 Thank You The St. Michael s Altar & Rosary Society wishes to thank all the vendors, shoppers, and volunteers who helped to make our Holiday Bouque on December 5th another success. The weather was great this year, so we had plenty of shoppers!! Many folks enjoyed lunch at the Holliday Café and stopped by the Bake Sale for delicious homemade treats. Thank you to all. God bless you Fall Festival We are pleased to announce St. Michael s made a profit of $12,000 from our Fall Festival. This year the festival was organized in a much shorter time frame and we think it went very well. Thank you so much to all the organizers, contributors, volunteers, Community of Saints teachers and school children as well. Remember next year 2016; St. Michael s will celebrate 150 years as a parish and we hope to celebrate in a BIG way. We will need many hands to celebrate this important milestone!! Colors are revealing. From our cars to our dining rooms from our teeth to our shoes we prefer one color over another because it better reveals the soul. In the penitential season of Advent the Church dresses in violet to reveal her contrition. And yet today she dressed in rose to remind us of the joy of conversion. Robert Street in West St. Paul. Trees, Wreaths and Garland will be available from November 30th - December 8th. Weekday hours are 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm & weekend hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.
