He was not accessible and did not come back to check the work. I hope the work was done correctly because the salesperson (Steve) did not tell me one way or another. The salesman told us that Hazelwood might require new wood because the house was built with 3/8 thick plywood. The plywood was replaced with particle board. Every one knows plywood is far superior to particle board even when 1/8 inch thinner. American Dream Homes were very professional and were on site when they said they would be. I used them hail damage to my home and explained my insurance company me be difficult and request detailed inmation. Once an inspection was done, my insurance wanted a detailed list of damage. I requested this as this took several phone calls as I could not get it done. Finally they... You guys did an outstanding job and I would recommend you future projects. The overall experience was satisfactory. To date no issues with the installation. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did. They are a well-balanced company that does a job well and they are very very professional. Very thankful that we were approached by American Dream Home Improvement. They replaced our 20- year old roof and gutters the cost of our deductible. A great overall experience! The salesman, Anthony, did an awesome job. Very knowledgeable and they took care of us. I was very satisfied, and I would recommend them to anybody. You can't believe a word they say. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. Crew was very professional. Your company did the work on my roof and it did pass the city inspectors inspection. But you left me hanging because your company did not do my shed. It is great. I love them and they did good work. Huntley, IL Juan from the installation crew is absolutely amazing. He made sure every detail was taken care off. Joe, the salesmen was on the job site to make sure everything was going smoothly. That meant a lot to me. From start to finish the project went smoothly Jody and his crew were very knowledgeable and guided us through new roofing and siding process smoothly. Where should I start. Very pushy salesman till contract written, then adios your on your own. Crew that did the Shingle work could not communicate at all - period! Not a single one, even the supervisor spoke very little English! Not enough to communicate. Good thing the oldest worker was there. He was... Overall I believe this is a good company. You have to know exactly what you are obligating yourself into when dealing with American Dream Home Improvement. They were excellent and I would highly recommend the company to anyone. Page 4 of 5.

They are there on time and on schedule. I'm happy with the work, and I'm glad that they did the work, and I can trust them. The communication was really good between the project manager and us. The installation crew check with us about the work bee starting. Communication overall with American Dream Home Improvement was good. I could not believe how fast and professional they were. The only thing is that we found a few roofing nails in the grass. I know when you do roofing that happens and my property is hard to get too. Everything else was good. Everything is okay, I don't have any complaints. Extremely professional, good quality work and true to their word. They were efficient, knowledgeable and they worked quickly and well.
