All the people have been wonderful and I like the design. They also hire good contractors and they get things done and communicate well. So far, so good! Where are you getting Bellbrook, OH from?? I lived in. I really didn't have much interaction with them just because everybody else did what they were supposed to do. We never expected to build. We have built bee and it was a trying time. My wife and I have built four custom homes and we have been most pleased with Epcon over any other company we have built with. We are very happy with what we have purchased. The follow up has been very good. Love our new Epcon condo, was able to stop by all through out the building process and it was done exactly on the day they promised. It is absolutely gorgeous we have had so many compliments on it and people haven't even seen the final product yet with furniture and our wood shutters we added its absolutely... We are extremely pleased with our condo and the community. I would recommend. I lived in an Epocn community 13 years, and that is why I am in another Epcon community. I had other choices, but I went with Epcon again without hesitation. Quite honestly, I can't think of a single thing that could have gone better.
