I initially contacted Amy Alexander after an issue with our initial builder, and it has been smooth ever since! Amy called me back within minutes of me submitting my question on their website. 3 I loved the creativity side of the project. I loved Jackie and I coming up with an idea and then making it a reality. That was really fun. Sometimes I felt like when she asked me to make choices that it was a test. After I would give my answer I always asked her what her opinion was - and I felt... Mike, Jackie and the rest of their team will do their very best to build you a home that is exactly how you envision it. They are honest, hardworking and trustworthy - you will be amazed at how easy building a new home is with them. We were concerned that at some point of the construction that there may be a lack of communication or lack of management participation at some point. However, that was not the case at all. Anytime we had a question we were able to reach Mike, Jackie, Chelsea or Megan with our questions and we had an... did not fall short of my expectations at all. I was satisfied with the quality and service. I heard about during open house. Very much so! I am a super organized person, and they have met every expectation. Page 3 of 6

4 They actually pointed out things on our initial plans, that would have been extremely pricey, so that we ended up re-doing the entire house plans, so that we could stay on budget. We really appreciated Jackie and Mike's knowledge. Especially having come from an experience with a previous builder that could have ended very badly, we are so happy to have been saved by Sublime. Yes, we had a plan ahead of time, and are updated daily if not every couple of days, on the progress and upcoming tasks at hand that we need to stay on track with. Amy was actually the first person I spoke to at Sublime. She called me back promptly from that very first initial I sent. We had a lot of stress and lack of follow-through with our first builder. Amy from the start set expectations, and me those expectations us. From the pre-construction contract to the budget road map, and all the additional upgrades/changes we made, I felt that Jackie and Mike have been on top of everything, which is making this process much less stressful. Everything is very professional and organized. They respond quickly to my questions and concerns. They are excellent to work with and very knowledgeable.
