1 God cares about every person, every soul: Do we? All Glory belongs to God A er over 15 years and 25,000 hours of studying the bible, laws created by our government and other governments, and technologies used to further the existence of a surveillance state. The Holy Spirit revealed to me that I do not need to rehash everything I have said or wri en over the last 15 years. This le er is for Chris ans regardless of their denomina on. We are going to consider the consequences of the surveillance state, and what can we do to prevent the surveillance state from impeding the preaching of the Gospel and making disciples. There is a beginning to this le er that will lay the founda on for the discussion about the surveillance state. Why should you take the me and completely read this document? Do you want to know if your country s na onal security is at risk? Do you want to know what you can do to save countless souls? In the past, I would write or speak about what I know, and how I know what I know. If you were to read other le ers I have wri en, you would know I went to great lengths to document or corroborate everything said. I would end what I said or wrote by saying or wri ng, All Glory Belongs to God. It could appear to a person, or people I wanted to reach, that I focused on myself first and then God. First, All Glory Belongs to God means I cannot speak with authority without acknowledging foremost, God has a plan for me that I cannot fulfill on my own. I am a broken, fallen person. I am a sinner. By the Grace of God, not because of what I am capable of doing on my own, I will enter His Kingdom. Grace is what separates Chris anity from all other religions. The Apostle Paul addresses this very subject in 1 Corinthians 15:10. Some are called to be pastors, church elders, missionaries, caregivers, and/or any number of other callings. My calling is to warn all people about a global system of iden fica on and financial control, and prepare people for what such a system means to the Church, and all other people. There are many who teach about biblical prophecy. Many of these people speak about the Mark of the Beast. You will not find one that talked or wrote about biometrics as being the key element for the Mark of the Beast before God revealed to me and another Brother in Christ through the Holy Spirit, the role biometrics would play with the Church and non-believers. I am not special. I am no smarter than anyone is. God o en chooses the least likely among us to serve His purposes.

2 O en people will ask me why I do not talk about the successes the Cons tu onal Alliance has had and is having. What we write and talk about is not about the Cons tu onal Alliance; His Word is and will be our focus. People will make many asser ons about myself, and others with the Cons tu onal Alliance. People will ques on our mo ves. People in government and others will twist what we say, make false charges that will appear to be true. We could stand and take the me to defend ourselves, or we can con nue to do His work. This le er is going to a small group of people that have supported the Cons tu onal Alliance and/or myself. It is only right that you know what your support and the Hand of God has done. I provide the following not to boast of myself, but so you may know our ministry is reaching people all over the world because of God wants, not what we do. We have been and/or are in communica on with people in over 50 countries. Yes, in addi on to teaching people about biometrics and the threat biometrics is to the Church, we are Preaching the Gospel, and some are making disciples. Each of yours support is returning a high return on investment. Because of the nature of the work we do, I must maintain a low profile for now. God has posi oned me to build bridges including to non-believers. The confiden al nature of the discussions I have with people in high government posi ons requires I do not speak out publicly. As recently as this year, I have had conversa ons with a member of the Trump administra on. I have also talked with a U.S. Senate commi ee s inves gators. God makes these things possible. Over the next few days, you will learn of a legisla ve working group in a state legislature. God posi oned me to know each of the people who will be providing tes mony. There will be people tes fying from the federal government, state government, and people who represent the world s largest biometric vendor. People will be coming to tes fy from other countries.

The tes mony that comes from the legisla ve working group will leave zero doubt that what we said over 15 years ago, has in fact happened; Satan is crea ng a global system of iden fica on and financial control that links our body to our ability to buy and sell. Fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ I have and am working with, have been scoffed at, ridiculed, scorned, called n foil hat people, and falsely accused of doing things that on the surface may appear to be true, but they are not. In a few cases, family members have turned on our core group of people. None of this should come as a surprise. We are told to expect all these things and more in His Word. Yes, the me will come for me to provide my personal tes mony about what God has done for me. I have already started working on a book to share what God alone can make possible. I incorrectly believed the me for this tes mony was several years ago. God s ming was such that now what we have said for years has been proven to be true. Christ Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. Mary and Martha thought Christ Jesus had waited too long to come and heal Lazarus. Christ Jesus knew if Lazarus was resurrected in the first few days there would be people who doubted whether Lazarus had died and thus, whether Christ Jesus did what people did not think was possible. With God, He can make what we ask for possible, and also things we do not ask for. We are not capable of understanding all which God can make possible. How many people did not believe Jews would have a homeland as promised by God to Abram, who a er the covenant God made became known as Abraham? I use Jews rather than Israelites because today we refer to God s chosen people as Jews. My tes mony will not equal those of the past, but it will be a testament to God today. As a side note, I have been informing people of the role a Jew played in the allies winning WW1. Dr. Weizmann developed a much needed new formula for gunpowder. In return, Lord Balfour enacted the Balfour Declara on that led to the Israel being recognized as a state/country in An Evangelical Chris an named Meyer, understood the significance of what Weizmann and Lord Balfour had done. This understanding of His Word is wrong. We must embrace the people of Israel and the land of Israel. That does not mean we must support everything the Israeli government does. There has been plenty of people over the years and centuries, especially Chris ans that have been watching for anything that could be construed as being part of the Mark of the Beast system. Some thought social security numbers had special significance. Others thought bar codes would lead to the Mark of the Beast. I respect all these people even though I know they were off base; at least they were and are watching.

4 The same issue kept coming up. This system had to be global and permanently links our body to our ability to buy and sell. Social security numbers and bar codes had li le or nothing to do with our ability to buy and sell. RFID chips came along and people believed the chip was or is the Mark of the Beast. Chips can be reprogrammed or removed, and replaced with another chip. I am not sugges ng that RFID chips, ta oos, or skin patches should be dismissed. What I am saying, is any chip or similar tool would have to contain the biometrics of the person the chip is in, or in the case of skin patches and ta oos, on. With biometrics, your body is your ID. We have spent years detailing why the iden fica on process will be moved from the ID document to the body. Today, even in our own country, we are moving away from the ID document to the digital ID on a smart phone. There is no need to carry money or an ID document in some states in our country. We all know anything digital can be hacked and/or compromised. In many countries around the world, the iden fica on process does not require a paper ID creden al. The next step will be to move the ID process to directly on or in the body. Do your own searching using whatever search engine you would prefer and search global biometrics. There are Chris ans all over the world are discussing what is called U.N. Agenda Search U.N. Agenda 2030 biometrics. People are star ng to realize that mandatory global biometric enrollment for all people is the goal. Such is stated in documents published by the U.N. and the World Bank. The telecommunica ons network to facilitate global informa on sharing is called the Interna onal Jus ce and Public Safety Network. Whether Chris ans today are alive on earth when the system is complete and the eventual Mark of the Beast is realized is not the point. We have a responsibility as Chris ans to make the most of every opportunity, and that includes the opportunity to use biblical prophecy to show the dependability of the Word of God. Some people believe they have already inadvertently accepted the Mark of the Beast. I get calls and le ers from all over the world. There is no Mark of the Beast yet. I am in the same global system that they are and you are. A person cannot accept the Mark of the Beast un l the An christ is revealed. There are many other things that must and will happen before the An christ is revealed.

5 People ask me about the Rapture. The Rapture is not the point for the sake of this le er. I am not dismissing the Glory of the Rapture. What I am saying is it our responsibility as Chris ans to warn every one of what are the consequences of accep ng the Mark of the Beast and worshipping the An christ. Is it not our role and responsibility to help save souls? Are you or anyone sure that nobody will refuse the Mark of the Beast, and instead at that moment in me, give their life to Christ Jesus and be Saved? Why have I spent over 25,000 hours studying the Word, technology and man s laws? It was necessary to have a complete picture of what God tells us, what biometrics is, how biometrics are used and will be used. I do not expect pastors or others to have the me, much less the desire to study all three components of the Mark of the Beast. Pastors and others are not going to have the me to learn about all of man s laws around the world that mandate biometrics. They are also not going to have the me to learn about the science of biometrics and the many applica ons for the use of biometrics. The third component, which is to know His Word, pastors and others are doing. It is not my inten on or mo ve to compare myself to others that have been called by God to do what they do. For if I was to compare myself to others, I would be without understanding. The premise for this le er is God does love us all. We must love others. The Grace of God, His forgiveness, His love, His mercy, and so much more, is not only for those of us that are Believers now. There are three parables in Book of Luke that teach us how important each person, each soul is to God. I would be wrong to phrase what I am saying as a ques on, because the answer is not debatable: Each person, each soul must be important to us because each are important to God. We are told by God to preach the Gospel to the whole world. We are told by God to make disciples. There is no person, no group of people, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orienta on, ethnicity, or other factors that is excluded from those we are to preach the Gospel to. The Pharisees were schooled by Christ Jesus for among others things, seeing sinners as refuse. I do not know where each person believes we are on the biblical meline. None should be date se ers. Christ Jesus told us what to look for. We are told in different places in scripture what will occur in the last days. Ma hew 24 provides us with several signs that Christ Jesus spoke of on the Mount of Olives. In Mark, Luke, and 2 Timothy among other scripture, we are provided addi onal insight. Christ Jesus told us He did not know the day or the hour. We do know there will be an An christ as we are told in Revela on. We know the An christ has not been revealed yet. We know there will be a Mark of the Beast. We know that un l this me in history there has not been the poli cal will or technology to fulfill Revela on 13: We know people will be told to worship the Beast. We know if a person does not worship the

6 Beast, they will be put to death. We know the cost to those who accept the Mark of the Beast and worship the Beast; the cost is eternal damna on. We know much more, such as there is only one narrow path to His Kingdom. John 14:6 could not be any clearer about the path we must take. The path to the Father according to Christ Jesus is through Christ Jesus. We know the Gospel. My point is we know a great deal because God cannot lie. In Hebrews 6, Titus 1, Numbers 23, 1 Samuel 23, 1 John 5, and on and on, God is clear that he cannot and will not ever lie. We know the dependability of His Word. One way we know the dependability of His Word is because of what is prophesied in the bible. There are approximately 8,352 verses in the bible that deal with prophecy. These verses represent nearly 27% of the bible. God inspired everything in the bible. There is a purpose in all things God has done, is doing, and will do. God know all things. God is Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent. We make decisions, we make choices; God knew, and knows what those decisions and choices will be before we make them. Prophecy is one tool that allows us to prove the dependability of His Word. Much discussion has taken place about how many prophecies are in the bible and how many have already been fulfilled. If a person believes only 100 prophecies have been fulfilled, the probability of such accuracy is beyond our comprehension. I am able to defend that over 350 prophecies have already been fulfilled. The preciseness of prophecy is also beyond our comprehension. For example, Micha 5:2 is very precise. Prophecy in Daniel is precise. I refer to Daniel not only because of what we are told that will come to pass, we are also told we will not understand all things un l such me as certain events happen. We know there will be an increase in knowledge in the last days. It is not news that our country is moving away from God. The Apostle Paul was clear in Romans 14:22 that we will be happy or blessed, depending on what bible you use, if we are not condemned by what we approve. Some Evangelical Chris ans have gone so far as to say that God has anointed President Trump, and that is why Trump is our president. I happen to agree with President Trump on several issues. I humbly suggest we must be careful when we are speaking about God and President Trump. One must consider that Evangelical Chris ans comprise about 1/5 of all voters and 1/3 of all Republican voters. I see a real danger when I see well known Chris an leaders doing photo ops with President Trump. I certainly am glad to see prayer in the White House but not for the sake of a photo op. The world is watching President Trump, and be assured that whatever the legacy of Trump s presidency is, that legacy will be a ached to Chris ans. For all the talk about our intelligence community illegally spying on U.S. ci zens, Republicans reauthorized Sec on 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act with no reforms. Deny as we please, but the party of small government is the party of Big Brother. On the Cons tu onal

7 Alliance s web-site we published an ar cle leading up to the 2016 elec ons, documen ng over 200 abuses of power during the Obama administra on. That ar cle was read by many thousands of people from all over the world. Today, the Cons tu onal Alliance belongs to two coali ons that are comprised of groups and organiza ons represen ng the en re poli cal spectrum. We spend hours every week analyzing legisla on at the federal level. Our rights are being converted to priviledges. I am thankful that there is gridlock in Congress. I say this because there are several pieces of legisla on that will require mandated biometric enrollment to bank, to work, and receive benefits we paid into from the federal government. The Real ID Act requires biometric enrollment to travel by plane, or automobile. The federal government has hijacked the state driver s license. It never fails to amaze me that people who are obviously intelligent fail to men on specifically the role biometrics play as the linchpin to a surveillance state. An en ty can use predic ve analy cs, Automa c License Plate Readers, thermo-imaging, s ngray devices that mimic cell phone towers allowing for text messages and other communica ons to be intercepted, and other types of invasive technologies to try and iden fy people, but it will always come back to the biometrics of the individual. You can find out who owns a car, computer, cell phone, or house for example, but that does not assure anyone that it is the owner of the car driving it, who the purchaser of a computer is does not mean that is the person using the computer, the owner of the cell phone versus who is talking on it, and who owns a house does not equal knowing who is entering or is in the house. This is why voice recogni on, facial recogni on. DNA, fingerprints, iris scans and so on, that are all biometrics are so important to the surveillance state. There is an easily understood but not acceptable reason why we are tolera ng all the surveillance. We are confusing lifestyle with freedom. We are already Free, in Christ. Technology can be used for good purposes, but we must be aware how and when technology is used to control us by accep ng new norms. Our government and others governments are telling people that RFID and biometric iden fica on creden als, paper and/or digital will assist a person in making tasks like boarding an airplane, cashing checks, buying things like groceries, visi ng amusement parks, entering public venues, and other tasks easier and faster for us. In the rules for the Real ID Act our government tells us a Real ID compliant driver s license makes what we do more convenient. Faster, easier and more convenient translates to most people as meaning they will have more me to do what they like. This is confusing lifestyle with freedom. We accept the fairly new norm of giving our personal iden fiable informa on, including our biometrics, because we do not consider our personal informa on a commodity. A er all, we do not get paid for our

8 personal informa on, but the corpora ons and government have mone zed our personal informa on. I want to reiterate that I am in this global system just as nearly all people in the world are. Missionaries need biometric passports to visit other countries. We are not at a point in me where there is a Mark of the Beast. What we must do and the Cons tu onal Alliance is doing, is opposing the system in place now at every turn, both in the United States and around the world. We ask God Almighty to slow down the full implementa on of the current system so that we can have the me to warn people of what is coming, and so we can carve out a religious exemp on for Chris ans that are not yet in the current system. There was a me not too long ago, when the norm was we only provided as much personal informa on as necessary to do what we needed to do. Very few people today bother to read the small print detailing how our informa on can be shared when we do business with the government or corpora ons. We place a higher value on our me than we do our personal informa on, otherwise we would read the small print. The global surveillance state is not going to benefit Chris ans. There is no biblical founda on for believing it will. To the contrary, there is evidence, His Word, to know persecu on is going to get worse. We know there will be a falling away from the truth: Apostasy. I cannot say with certainty but I do believe some Chris ans will become apostate because they will give into the surveillance state that Satan is controlling. These Chris ans will fear death more than being disobedient to God. As I said earlier, I do not know where each person believes we are on the biblical meline. I eagerly await the return of Christ Jesus, Our Lord and Savior. Because I do not know when Christ Jesus will return, I choose to be prepared for the worst. We have a responsibility to our children and grandchildren to protect the freedom our cons tu onal framers provided us. Most of all we must protect our right to prac ce our sincerely held religious beliefs. Many may believe that Kaye Beach s lawsuit is over; it is not. We will be moving forward as soon as the current session of the Oklahoma legislature is finished. There is an a orney taking over the lawsuit Pro Bono. I appreciate that many people believe our country will turn to God. The demographics are such that if Christ Jesus does not return very soon, progressives and liberals will far out number Evangelical Chris ans. I am using the term Evangelical Chris ans because although it is defined by different people, in different ways, the people I communicate with for the most part understand who I am speaking of. I am a senior ci zen as are many of the people I know and work with. When God decides it is my me to pass on, many others who are senior ci zens will pass on also. Yes, there are ministries that are doing His Work preaching to young people. When we read the books of Luke and Mark are you so confident that young people will turn our country and the world back towards God?

9 There is technology being improved on today that will give governments more control over people than most people can imagine. Ar ficial Intelligence is being used with biometrics. It will not be too long before a corpora on or government conquers quantum computer technology. A quantum computer will be able to do in minutes what a computer today would take a thousand years to do. Corpora ons and governments are in a race to develop quantum computers. When that happens no database will be secure. My calling is to warn Believers and non-believers of what is coming. It is up to each of you to reconcile what informa on is provided with your personal understanding of what lays ahead. If you pray over what is being revealed to you and decide to assist our work, we are grateful. You are each people that in some way has been a part in what we do to serve God. You may find fault with my wri ng ability. You may not agree with me on all issues regarding my understanding of His Word. I would challenge any person, anywhere, to show me anything that I have said would happen, that has not come to frui on over the last 15 years. I pray over everything I send out. There have been mes when the Holy Spirit told me to hold off before sending out informa on. I am constantly looking for signs that God provides to tell me if I am right or wrong. I am asking each of you to pray and consider helping us now. God is opening up new doors and building new bridges for us all over the world. We are not many, but as Gideon learned, God does not need many to do His work.
