1 Oneness Blessing [0:00:00] Hi, everyone. I'm Steve Farrell, the Worldwide Executive Director for Humanity's Team. Welcome to this 15-minute program with Pierre Pradervand. Pierre is a dear friend of Humanity's Team and Global Oneness Day. He created a Global Oneness Day blessing just for today's program. Pierre Pradervand is the author of The Gentle Art of Blessing and soonto-be released book called 365 Blessings to Heal Myself and the World. Blessing is one of the oldest spiritual practices of mankind, and it can be found in numerous religions and spiritual practices. After experiencing a devastating situation and having to quit his position, he was filled with resentment, which quickly turned to forgiveness and sending blessings to the people he resented. From then on, blessing other people became Pierre's joyful occupation. Welcome to Global Oneness Day, Pierre. It's great to have you with us. Thank you, Steve. It's lovely, lovely, such a joy to be with you and all those listening. Yes. Well, Pierre's coming in from Switzerland. It's always such a joy for us, Pierre. Thank you for being here. I thought we might want to just go right into our program by hearing this beautiful blessing that you created for Global Oneness Day Would that be a good place to start? With great joy. Shall I go ahead? Please. Thank you. We bless thee. Thou infinite love. For the clear sense of oneness is in realizing that absolutely all is infinite life and its infinite manifestation. We bless thee that the unfolding of all existence is thine infinite life making itself known in myriads of disguises. As me, as my neighbor, whoever he or she may be, we bless them that the tree in my yard or in yonder park flows blooming around us, the birds singing and the rivers flowing. Those we have mistakenly labeled as our foes, the beggar in the street, and the 800 million suffering from hunger in the world behind the illusory veil of matter all of them, infinite life in one splendid expression. 1

2 We bless thee for giving us daily the ever-clearer understanding that every single living being from the smallest micro molecule to the rolling of the galaxies is a perfect expression of the undivided garment called Diving Light, hence sacred. Such is thine endless love for us that thou would bond us so intimately in this incredible experience called our planet. Part of thine infinite stupendous universe. We bless our coming encounters with extraterrestrial beings which have already been visiting our planet for many years some say centuries that we may welcome them with gratitude and love, for they too are different and maybe far more advanced expressions of that one infinite light which upholds us all in its tender care. May we welcome them with trust and the same curiosity rather than with fear and rejection. May we not be turned off by what we could judge as strange, but be turned on in awe at the astounding creativity and abundance of this infinite universal life force taking on such myriads of expressions, including our brothers and sisters from other solar systems or galaxies. And finally, in a world which, seen under the lens of material vision can seem to cruelly divided, may we consciously rest in and trust the seamless tapestry of life which, seen under the lens of spirit, already unites us all on our common path towards humankind's higher destiny. [0:05:08] That was astounding, Pierre. Let's just breathe into that here for a moment to really feel the fullness of that blessing. That bathed the planet in a really beautiful way, didn't it, Pierre? Thank you so much for creating that blessing just for Global Oneness Day. You know what I would like to add? I'm sure some quite few people were surprised by the addition of the extraterrestrial beings which will be visiting our planet. I believe that you and I, Steve, might be the first generation to consciously encounter and welcome these beings. It is so essential that we meet them as friends and not as potential foes. It is so important. We know there's a wonderful book by Steven Greer who's probably the foremost specialist in the world on extraterrestrials. He's counseled many US presidents. He's last book, Unacknowledged, is just fascinating and shows that defense departments have had conscious keeled contact with these beings for well over 60 years, but no one has talked to the public for all sorts of very mixed reasons. It's time to come out and really discuss that we prepare spiritually and psychologically to welcome these beings. 2

3 Yeah. Well, absolutely. As you know, we certainly agree with you. Doesn't it seem like the height of arrogance to look out at the galaxy, out at the cosmos, and to think that, gosh, we are the only planet with life. It would be astounding to think that was. Of course, our theme is oneness, that we're all emanations of one thing. We call it the Divine. This is true for these beings of light from other regions in the cosmos. It's beautiful, welcoming them. Why would they not be a part of this whole awakening-ship transformation that's occurring here on the planet. You know, this summer, my workshops 7,000 feet up in the Swiss Alps, we had at different times a small ceremony, invocations just welcoming these beings if they wanted to come and visit us. I would welcome them to come in front of our chalet, wherever they come. I think we must be really getting ready at a deep level to do this. Yes, absolutely. Pierre, let me just also talk with you a little bit about blessing, because I know your story. I shared it briefly in the introduction. Your joyful occupation is blessing. You were sharing as we were preparing here that the politicians in the world really need our blessing, and of course, the world, Earth, life needs our blessing. Humanity needs our blessing. How can people really come into the fullness of blessing in the way that you do? Can you just share a little? I think one of the most important lessons I've learned on my spiritual journey in recent years is that every single person on earth is at their highest level of consciousness. If you really get this not with the mind but with the heart, you can no longer judge anyone. From the very first day Donald Trump presented himself as a candidate for the presidency, I started blessing him. I can say I've been blessing him practically every single day since then, that I feel real love for the man, not just "Okay, I'll bless him; he needs it." We are constantly saying we are all brothers on this planet, but to mean it, you have to feel it. It's not evident to feel this for Mr. Putin or President Assad. I've had a little greater challenge with President Assad, but [0:09:51] [Audio Glitch]. Yes. Pierre, of course, you wrote the book The Gentle Art of Blessing. There's also this beautiful video on YouTube, The Gentle Art of Blessing. Pardon that noise, viewers. I'm not sure what that is. Unfortunately, it's only occurring here just a little bit. 4 The thing that I got from reading that book was as soon as my mind went to judgment of some unsettled feeling about something to just be consciously aware that that's happening and immediately turn that around and just begin the process of blessing and blessing again and again and again, that's what I got from your book, but how does that process work for you? Could you rephrase your question? What do you mean, how does the process work for me? How do I do it? Yeah. The blessing just as you wake up each day and throughout the day, as you keep yourself consciously in this place of blessing. Because I would say probably most of our viewers would say that that's not the place that they're living in throughout the day, but many would say "I would like to live more like that." Well, for instance, take the newspaper or TV. Take any news program on TV, and instead of cursing or just feeling angry, start gently blessing the politicians they are viewing or mentioning. Same thing with the newspaper. What I love most is blessing people on public transport. That's my favorite place, because I don't have a car, so I take a lot of public transport. We have wonderful public transport in Geneva. With time, just getting into the blessing is not words; it's getting into a feeling of deep compassion. For instance, I cannot see any form of suffering anywhere without immediately starting to bless the person with deep compassion. It's an energy that comes from the heart. A moment's words are almost unnecessary. It's just this feeling, this deep feeling of compassion for the person concerned. The more horrendous they are humanly, the more they need our blessing. Yes, they do. Once again, one way that I kind of distill this down is just to feel into that, of course, we're all sons and daughters of the living spirit, each person. As you share, everybody's living at their highest level of consciousness. True also for people that are leading some of these right populist governments. Beautiful reminder to just turn that around, pick up the newspaper, as you say, each day, and just bless and bless and bless, and to train ourselves to bless others, and as you also mentioned, to bless ourselves, because it's so powerful, blessing ourselves and our family all day long as well. 4

5 Absolutely. For instance, I've been dealing with death row for over 20 years. I've been receiving for many, many years, almost daily, information through internet on the crimes committed by those who've been condemned to death. Horrendous crimes, sometimes. When one goes into these people's the childhood of these criminals, most of them have had such horrendous upbringing, one cannot judge. I feel the deepest, deepest compassion for the worst criminals, because they are the ones who most need our support. That'll be the last word. Wow. Stunning, Pierre. Thank you so much. Just really spectacular. Thank you for bringing in this experience of blessing. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. It's such a privilege and a pleasure.
