1 Announcement For the week of Congratulations and Happy Anniversary to Clarence and Martha Lewis who celebrated 67 years of marriage on September 25. Happy Birthday to Henry Moore celebrating 85 years on September 30. The Garage Sale Committee would like to say A Special Thank You to Wesley United Methodist Church, to all the volunteers, parishioner, donors and customers, who made OMOM Church Annual Garage Sale a success. There will be a celebration of Mass, Anointing of the Sick and Dinner for the Sick and Shut-In Members and to all parish members. Sign up sheets are in the vestibule of the Church. Please sign-up so we can get an accurate count for the food. ADORATION: Come and spend some quite time with the Lord, 12 noon October 5 till 12 noon October 6. When Life gives your more than you can stand..kneel! Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Annual October Fest on October 6-7, from 10am until 8pm on Saturday and on Sunday until 6pm. Live DJ., Bingo, Gumbo, Southern Fried Chicken Dinners, Old Fashion Sweet Shop, Train Ride and Moon Walk for the kids. Come out and join the fun.

4 INTECESSORY PRAYERS The Twenty-Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Cycle B Priest: With confidence, we bring our needs before God, knowing that God s grace has no limits. Response: Lord, hear our prayer! For leaders of the Church, that they may guide the faithful in following the way of the Lord and building the kingdom of God we pray to the Lord. For an increased awareness among all nations that luxury and pleasure, especially at the expense of others, will rot away, we pray to the Lord That all people will respect and cherish human life, from conception to natural death, realizing that we are all made in the image of God, we pray to the Lord For people who work in low-wage jobs, especially migrant workers who harvest nature s bounty to put food on our tables, that they may be treated with dignity and paid a living wage, we pray to the Lord. For all who have died, especially John Poullard and Mable Medina and for the intentions of this Mass, Ernestine Boutte, Jimmie Haynes, Mary Helen Davis, Mildred Clement, Marshall J. Adams, Phillip Shynett, Shirley Sam, Frances Gallow and Barbara Joseph, may they rejoice in the mercy of God, we pray to the Lord... For all the prayers that we hold in the silence of our hearts for all our intentions spoken and unspoken,. [pause for 10 seconds]; we pray to the Lord..
