Meditation classes are $5 for general public and FREE for SVWB Sangha Members. Please register online ahead of time to reserve your space for class. You may pay when registering or bring the cost with you in person to class. Yoga & meditation props, supplies, and cushions are available to use at no cost. No prior experience is necessary. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive late and the door is locked, class has already begun. Sadhana involves light stretching followed by sitting meditation. 7 2015 Fall Programming begins Tuesday 9/1/2015 and runs through Saturday 12/19/2015. SVWB Sangha monthly memberships can be purchased at any time for $20.00 and are valid for one month. SVWB Sangha memberships can be purchased at any time for $50.00 and are valid for the entirety of the Programming. SVWB Sangha Memberships entitle members to free and discounted access to programming (see pricing structure chart). Online registration is required for all talks, classes, workshops and events at SVWB. For some talks and classes you may register online and then pay upon arrival. Please do not register for a class that you do not intend on going to as class and workshop sizes are kept smaller to promote intimate and personal experiences. If you register for a class and then must cancel for some reason, please utilize the online registration program (MindBody) to do so. There are no penalties for cancelling at this time. SVWB currently has enough yoga supplies, props, and meditation cushions for up to 16 individuals to use at no cost. We simply ask that you treat them with respect so that they are in good condition for the next person to use as well. If you have your own supplies or props you are more than welcome to bring them with you. SVWB is a substance-free facility. Please do not bring alcohol or illicit substances with you to the facility or come to the facility under the influence at any time or you will be asked to leave. SVWB, and more specifically the Dharma Hall, is a sacred space. Please be mindful and respectful of this space and of others with whom you will be sharing the space. You will be required to take off your shoes to enter the Dharma Hall (No, we don t mind if your socks don t match). There may be an individual session or meeting taking place in the office to your left when you walk into the lobby so please be mindful of your volume and surroundings. SVWB welcomes all faiths, traditions, beliefs, practices, and orientations. We ask that you be respectful of differing perspectives and do not impose your belief system upon anyone else.
